   Cozy, funky, sophisticated Heights restaurant. Such a neighborhood gem! The food is so good! The Carrots are a DO NOT MISS item! The wine list is very nice. Go! Share! Enjoy!

   Interesting fusion experience. Service was good. No vegetarian entrees available. The idea that “protein” must mean some form of meat is silly.

   The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent. This was my mother’s first time trying Jun and she really enjoyed it. We had a really good brunch and will be back!

   For our first visit, we chose the tasting menu. It was well worth it. We were seated in view of the kitchen which was a fun choice as we were “entertained” by the staff playing menu items. I will be returning.

   This was our 2nd time to dine at JUN and again the food did not disappoint. This time we joined the Plant It Forward, Top Chef Edition with Cesor. Each course was spectacular and unique with the Hamachi being my personal favorite but everything was wonderful. Service was fantastic as it was last time and we appreciated Chef Evelyn delivering and explaining one of the courses. Dessert delivery seemed to fall behind the pace but the taste made up for it! A couple of comments - it is very dark and the candles are small so it is hard to read the menu and it was quite cold with the AC blowing right on us (patrons at the tables next to us were also using napkins as small blankets). Overall still an incredible experience!

    My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by having brunch at Jun and I have to say I'm so happy we did! We tried the shrimp, which was so light and refreshing and truly unexpectedly flavorful. There was heat and salt and so much yumminess! We moved on to Mussels...this was only my second time having them anywhere so I can't compare to others but I am a HUGE fan of Jun's. Loved the broth that came with them, and to me they weren't slimy or chewy or anything gross...they were awesome! From there we tried the fried chicken with Thai honey sauce. It was good, but probably my least favorite of all my choices. It sat a little heavy...I think the coating might simply be too much for me. That said it was still tasty! After that came Tapioca Pudding and the Empanada. While I liked the Empanada, with the cream cheese and guava, I think I'd pass on it next time. It was good but not special...not like the Tapioca Pudding, which we both found to be a shining star to end the meal. It was light, it was refreshing, it was creamy and milky with a hint of fruity goodness. SOOO good...I'd get two of those next time! The ONLY thing I'd mark Jun down on was it is so very LOUD. There's no sound dampening at all. This is not a romantic, quiet conversation place. This is a shout over everyone to be heard space. Don't let that stop you, though. The food and service is absolutely worth the noise.
