First visit to Juliet Italian Kitchen with my wife. Made an early reservation (5:45) to avoid a crowd. Requested upstairs or balcony seating. Unfortunately, the request could not be honored due to a private party booking that occupied the upstairs areas. Was able to be promptly seated in the main floor dining area however. The service was good and attentive. Ordered the risotto ball appetizer which was very good (3 per order). The bread with olive oil was nice but a little on the salty side. My wife had the Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka. I had the Pasta Di Mare. Both of us found the pasta to be undercooked. My wife commented that the rigatoni was not really spicy. I found the seafood pasta to also be a bit lacking in flavor. Overall, the ambiance is nice. The service was good. The small bar area is very lively. Only real disappointment was the caliber of the food. I was hoping for a more elevated Italian food experience. It would recommend Juliet Italian Kitchen if you are looking for a casual dining experience a Georgetown city center vibe.

I'm not sure why it asked for the dining occasion since it wasn't acknowledged in any way.

Much better than our first experience, to be sure. We like to give new restaurants more than one chance to keep us coming back. We chose to do an early dinner on Sunday. There was only one other table at the time when we arrived in the downstairs seating. The chicken piccata was great! I had pizza, and it was very tasty. I was disappointed in the pour on my drink until I saw the price. Double vodka for $12 is a good deal in Georgetown! Not sure when more wait staff shows up, but it appeared that as tables started to fill up, there was still only the one waitress with the manager and bartender helping out. This made for some wait time at the end but nothing too serious.

Service was great! We ordered several things off the menu. Mushrooms, bruschetta, Italian sausage ravioli, seafood and pasta, pizza, tiramisu, limoncello cocktail. Very pleased with everything!

Excellent service. High for the value of the meal. The table bread and appetizers were delicious. Meal and dessert were fair.

The outdoor setting upstairs was very pretty. The food was mediocre. The service, though, was terrible - we ordered appetizers and entrees and inexplicably they brought our entrees first! We sent them back and explained that we wanted the first course first, so they took them back and brought the first course, but then just a few minutes later while we were still eating those appetizers they brought back the entrees yet again - and not even with any apology or understanding that it would be difficult to eat everything at once (and the appetizers had been hot). Very disappointing overall, although we will say that everyone was nice (just kind of clueless, unfortunately).

The restaurant was short handed. They forgot about our reservation and we were seated 30 minutes later. The manager made no accommodations for their mistake. However our waitress was wonderful and the food was delicious. We definitely will be back

The restaurant was cute. The service was fine could’ve been faster but nothing worth making a fuss over. The food however, not so great. The bread was dry and dense. Focaccia is typically light bouncy and moist. The appetizer was freshly pulled mozzarella and it was a small portion (thank god we went during happy hour). There was no dressing on the greens, no salt on the mozzarella, and it says “fresh pulled” yet it was dry and crumbly. Store bought mozzarella tastes 100x’s better than theirs. We chose to leave because we would hate to pay $30 for each an entree and it would be just as awful as the apps.

The service was ok but we waited maybe 5 minutes after being seated before we saw a waiter. He walked up asked our drinks and if we wanted bread. He went and got bread and we got 2 small cubes, 2 bites The food came out my husband ordered lasagna with marinara sauce it was like eating a can of tomato paste. I had chicken fettuccine, the sauce was like water and the chicken had zero flavor. It was very disappointing and expensive. We have no problem paying for good food. Pretty sure we won’t return.

Service was amazing. The butter lettuce salad is the best salad in Georgetown. If available, order the chicken pesto pasta.
