   We normally love this restaurant but last night was somewhat of a disappointment. We had to ask for bread and were told that they are running low, but since we asked, we could get some. They were out of the dish my husband originally ordered and the first cocktail I ordered tasted like chemicals and was not drinkable. I also did not realize they charge for refills, our 2 daughters ordered lemonade and we were not only charged for first drink, but refill as well, which added up to $20 just for those drinks. Our waitress was great though and made sure to not charge us for sending the drink back and was very attentive.

   My son had the chicken piccata. Very small piece of chicken served with tasteless polenta. I had the salmon ravioli which was mediocre at best, served lukewarm. Tiramisu was very good, best part of the meal. Cannoli was ok. Was rather underwhelmed by the entire experience. For the price, will not be returning.

   Food was excellent. Great spot to grab some good food. Atmosphere was pleasant. Friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

   Was expecting much more. The appetizers and drinks were very good but all of the entrees left a lot to be desired. For the price, we would have been better off at Olive Garden. It took us an hour to get our food from the time we sat, not fun with a high energy 6 year old. The waitress was great, very attentive and friendly. Probably won’t waste the money again

   The food was abysmal. The pasta looked like it came from a frozen meal and was brought out from under a heat lamp. The drinks were over poured and the serving of steak and eggs was a laughable portion of eggs. I would never recommend anyone wasting their time with this restaurant.

   We sat outside upstairs and had a lovely Sunday evening dinner there.

   Lunch was enjoyable; however, entrees didn’t come out all together…3 arrived and then there was quite a delay before the 4th entree arrived. Then, a much longer delay on the last of our 5 entrees. Service was friendly… The Caesar salads and the sandwich were bland. Focaccia, spicy pasta & chicken piccata excellent!

   Our server was very slow, inattentive. He was leaning up against a wall snapping his fingers most times I saw him. Our food came out 45+ minute after ordering. I do understand we were there right at open but on Easter Sunday they should have been prepared. Once our food finally came out it was cold and bland. The saving point was the general manager was very polite and did what he could to make it right.

   The food was good - basic Italian food. Noise level was very loud - probably because there was a very loud country western guitar player in the room. We had to shout to hear each other over him. So did every other table. Our server, an older gentleman, was poor. We sat for 20 minutes before I could flag him down to order drinks. I was going to get a glass of wine with my dinner but he never came back so I didn't bother. Not worth returning.

    Disappointed that when a wine on happy hour isn’t available, waiter should be able to give another choice.
