Everything about this place is 5 stars!!
Really great service from Will. Super knowledgeable and made great recommendations for tapas. Short rib was delicious and so was the half lobster. Wonderful ambiance
Lovely place, vibrant atmosphere. Had tapas only and loved all: oxtail, langostinos, short rib - fabulous flavors and presentation.
Pricy, but the food and service are outstanding. Particularly loved the short ribs, lamb chops and ceviche.
Every time I come we have an amazing experience , menu changed a little and the way they present the tapas , but flavors were all there .
Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation
Food is great. Black rice was the best dish.
Everything was really great! We had a variety of tapas and had a really hard time deciding which was our favorite. You can’t go wrong!
We think this is the best food in Vegas- wine list also. See you again next visit!
The apps were good, but had the meat paella and didn’t like it that much
All great. Not as excellent as in Spain but still great.
Found the noise level higher than it needs to be. Food was very tasty, but cost was quite high for a lunch meal....
Food was great but it was so cold in there the food chilled too fast. Service was slow despite only 3 other tables. Has to ask for a glass of water 3 times! Would have stayed Nd are more but too cold and bad service made us leave early.
We have been going to Julian Serrano Tapas for a few years now and it seems to be getting better over time. The Tuna Cone and Garlic Shrimp were excellent and the Paella reliable as always. The Chicken Croquetas were a little cold and could have been served warmer right out of the frying pan.
Ambience is lively / enjoyable and service is always professional and consistent.
This time we also went to Julian Serrano’s Italian Tapas restaurante “Lago” at the Bellagio and that one was even better this time.
The food was amazing. We had the risotto, anchovies, artichokes, and paella. While the paella was good it was the risotto and the anchovy dishes that knocked my socks off. I am an excellent cook and it is rare when I find restaurants that make it better than I can. I will be modifying my risotto recipe to try to mimic.
We always dine here on trips to LV. We like to sit at one of their peninsula high tops in front of kitchen. Everything made for each individual order. Big tapas menu and mature wine list. Bravo to food runner JUANCHO who is just great
Overall great experience. Ordered mostly seafood dishes. The branzino and octopus were the best!
Visited on NYE which was super busy but the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be visiting again.
The New Years Eve menu was fantastic and flavorful. Add in the Spanish dancers and they provided a perfect late night tapas experience before the countdown!
In general, I felt it was overpriced but the food was good
Comida española no es, una versión propia!!!!! Muy pesada la comida
The food and service were excellent. The short ribs and the churros were our favorites !
Paella is too salty
Outstanding service and food!
Just a joy
Having been coming to this restaurant since it opened. Always a great choices on the menu. Never disappointed about the reception, food, and great servers. Also, enjoy those great sangrias!
Christmas with our daughter
Wanted to enjoys several tastes and the tapas were the way to go. Started with almonds and olives to get the taste buds going. Followed that with octopus, chicken skewers, Serrano ham and tenderloin with crab. All courses were well prepared and had wonderful flavor. We finished with what I would consider one of the best desserts we’ve ever had and that was the coconut flan. This was our second time there and was as enjoyable as the first.
Great tapas, great service
This restaurant is a tapas place and we proceeded to order various tapas. The food is good but not extraordinary. The biggest issue we noticed was that every single dish we ordered its base was bread, too much bread in our view. Maybe we ordered all the dishes that were bread based but there was no input from the staff to let us know about the abundance of bread on all of our choices.
The food was ok - we had some dishes that were excellent (gazpacho soup and tuna ceviche were amazing) and a few that were average at best. Cool place, but service was slow We had a good time but probably wouldn’t go back with so many other places out there to try.
We were very disappointed with this restaurant. Have dined here serval times but found this time a total failure. Was looking forward to churros and chocolate as we had in Madrid but were disappointment.
We have been several times, but this was last. Quality of food and selections has go e down. Even waiter was suggesting to pass on some menu items. Do waste your money here
The restaurant was cold and we had to dine with jackets on. Service was bad, food was very forgettable and overpriced.
Amazing food, great Service!!
Too noisy. Food mediocre at best. Avoid the ribs.
Every dish came out cold, disappointing
