Great food. Each tapas easily can serve 3.
Amazing service amazing tapas and food was the same as if I had it in Spain the food is on point considering I’ve eaten in many Spain cities everything was delicious
Overall food was okay. The menu and flavor of food was okay but the the quality didn’t match the price commanded. The veggies and seafood were overcooked. The Mixta paella was not repaired the traditional way, with the seafood cooked with the paella but instead, added after so the flavor wasn’t quite as robust. Also, when ordering cocktails, ask for no ice because they use crushed ice and fill it to the rim so you don’t get much beverage. I would return but not on my top 10 list of restaurants in LV.
Our waiter, Anthony, was great! Very personable and kind. Food was under seasoned and needed salt. The croquettes were yummy tho!
Julian Serrano Tapas was an awesome evening. Attended for a business client dinner and from start to finish it was excellent. The waiter was very helpful in figuring out how many items to order. Food and service was outstanding. Would definitely go back.
The food was ok. It wasn’t spectacular compared to other tapas places at which we have eaten. I’ve seen a lot of the other reviews that reference the slow service - this was also our experience.
Great ambiance and decor. Service was spectacular and the food was even better. One small ding: for Tapas style the portion sizes were very very small. Other than that no complaints. Would recommend.
Wonderful food as always! Try the Oxtail it is so yummy and the tuna cones unbelievably good!
Our server was the main reason why our experience was less than expected. We have dined here every time we go to Vegas which is once or twice per year. Craig was very hurried and huffed and puffed during the dining experience. He often crossed our faces removing plates etc. instead of going around. At the end of our meal he presented the hand held CC machine and told us how to use it, even though we have used these in Europe many times, he made a point to show us where to put his tip and then stood behind my partner as he entered the amount. We are definitely going back but would ask for a different server.
We always have to eat here whenever we’re in Vegas. The chicken croquettes are an absolute must. Everything is delicious
Being vegan we know our options are limited but this place used to have some good ones. They changed items from.last time and they weren't vegan anymore. That was disappointing. The vegetable paella is always good but sooo overpriced. That's to be expected on the strip but it's not worth it. The service was pretty slow, too.
Great experience. Surprised us with a birthday dessert!
Amazing restaurant, great ambiance, the cocktails were different, spicy, but really flavorful, and they have a lot of vegetarian options.
Drinks were great. Food was excellent and service was perfect... hit all the spots.
If you want a great experience for delicious Spanish cusine, head to Julian Serrano.Great service as well.Peter
Great food! Loved the brava potatoes.
FIRST thing I told our server Romain was I wanted to have a couple of drinks before dinner and the LAST thing I wanted was to be served drinks with dinner. First drink, 10 minute wait.
That's right, you guessed it. 2nd drink, 15 minutes later and was served with my dinner. The place was 75% empty. Now the server is hovering over us like a drone waiting to clear the table and serve dessert. ABSOLUTELY the WORST server experience. We went to J. S. Tapas inspite of reading other reviews. ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. Sorry Romain.
Prices are equivalent to nice Las Vegas restaurants. Presentation is impeccable. They take tapas and deconstruct, maneuver and inject flavor.
We were seated right away, food came out at a great pace and everything was very flavorful! They even made our anniversary more special with a decorated plate and a generous amount of sorbet!
Tapas were excellent. While each dish was highly priced compared to tapas restaurants in LA, the portions were generous. Our server advised on ordering two or three plates per person--but for two people, three plates were more than enough for dinner. We ordered the chicken skewer, which was huge, the Caesar salad, albondigas and the short rib. All were beautiful and tasty, although the short ribs were a bit rubbery (needed more braising to break down the connective tissues). Restaurant itself was beautifully decorated.
That foe gras Was amazing!!! Thank you!!! The anchovies espectacular!!!
Everything was good. One thing was not done well was the rice "Socarrat" which is renowned in authentic Paella. It was just soft and mushy. They should inform the customers of this before ordering so the customer can request the rice is classically browned and caramelized on the bottom of the pan. Disappointing for such a featured dish. When we brought this up with the server they mention it adds time to the cook and a percentage of the customers would not like it this way. SOLUTION: mention this in the menu as an option.
The vibe this place gives was very modern and yet romantic food was great but the price was also very high. I just wanted some tapas and garlic fries. For special occasions I would recommend!
Always good food but very expensive for what you get. Very loud so don’t plan on any coherent conversations
Eduaurdo went above and beyond for my birthday lunch on Sunday. Great guy and superb service. Love this place!
Phenomenal menu. Great service.
Food was good, but wasn’t worth the money. Service was okay. Espresso tasted sour and cappuccino was terrible.
Everything about this place is 5 stars!!
Really great service from Will. Super knowledgeable and made great recommendations for tapas. Short rib was delicious and so was the half lobster. Wonderful ambiance
Lovely place, vibrant atmosphere. Had tapas only and loved all: oxtail, langostinos, short rib - fabulous flavors and presentation.
Pricy, but the food and service are outstanding. Particularly loved the short ribs, lamb chops and ceviche.
Every time I come we have an amazing experience , menu changed a little and the way they present the tapas , but flavors were all there .
Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation
Food is great. Black rice was the best dish.
Everything was really great! We had a variety of tapas and had a really hard time deciding which was our favorite. You can’t go wrong!
We think this is the best food in Vegas- wine list also. See you again next visit!
The apps were good, but had the meat paella and didn’t like it that much
All great. Not as excellent as in Spain but still great.
Found the noise level higher than it needs to be. Food was very tasty, but cost was quite high for a lunch meal....
Food was great but it was so cold in there the food chilled too fast. Service was slow despite only 3 other tables. Has to ask for a glass of water 3 times! Would have stayed Nd are more but too cold and bad service made us leave early.
We have been going to Julian Serrano Tapas for a few years now and it seems to be getting better over time. The Tuna Cone and Garlic Shrimp were excellent and the Paella reliable as always. The Chicken Croquetas were a little cold and could have been served warmer right out of the frying pan.
Ambience is lively / enjoyable and service is always professional and consistent.
This time we also went to Julian Serrano’s Italian Tapas restaurante “Lago” at the Bellagio and that one was even better this time.
