Great food! They had white truffle which was amazing!! Super recomendation!!
So good! Loved most things we ordered. Especially, tender & crab, peppers, Serrano ham, manchego & tomato bread. It was a lot of fun.
This was finally a place that honors Spanish tapas as we know them! Great tasting food with real ingredients.
We had a variety of food and the team sent it to the table in a special sequence and timing that made it very nice experience.
too expensive ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………...
Julian Serrano's never fails to amaze me. Excellent service. Amazing food. The Artichoke tapas was outstanding. Do much good food!
I’ve heard great things about this restaurant,...I was underwhelmed. I got three small plates
1. Short rib. I ordered medium rare. It was well and tough/chewy. The potato purée and mushroom Demi was good though
2. Cuban sandwich. This portion was good, but the mustard was overwhelming. It reminded me of McDonald’s
3. Chicken croquette. These were good. Looked like
Hush puppies but tasted like shredded chicken in a cream sauce .
Overall I was underwhelmed with the overall experience
Great margaritas and goat cheese app!
Food was ok but waitress was not helpful, didnt make recommendations or pay attention to us. It was 930 at night the place was fairly empty and she was standing around. We had to call her over twice.
One of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. We definitely go there every time we are in Vegas.
One can never go wrong with Julian Serrano's menus.
The online menu was completely different than the one we were given. Some of the same plates were much more expensive at the restaurant than they were on the online menu. Very misleading. Atmosphere is cafeteria style and very loud. Server was nice and attentive.
The food was outstanding and so was the service. Be sure to ask for Pedro. He is a phenomenal waiter!
Unbelievable food. Classic spanish dished made with a unique twist and gourmet fare. The restaurant and the Aria hotel are spectacular. A definite treat.
The sardines were good, but nothing too special. The octopus a la gallega was not always tender, but the preparation was excellent (mildly spicy). The albondigas were outstanding. The accompanying tempranillo (rioja) was also excellent. Juan's service was friendly, attentive, and professional.
The best meal we had in Vegas and so close to TMobile for a Christmas ncert afterwards!
Just ok. Waiter was not pleasant. Cucumber drink was awful. The food was pretty great. But - their short ribs were ground beef, so no one understood that. I wouldn't return.
The food was not warm enough.
I would have given this place 5 stars.
They kept the kitchen open a little bit longer for us. Kitchen usually closes at 10:30 pm. The service was good but our waitress did not tell me that I was ordering too much food for a team of 20...only 16 showed up. She kept saying that the portions were really small. We had so much left overs. But even if we were 30 we would still have a lot of leftovers. Most people in Las Vegas are just here for a few days. They don't have to luxury to take home leftovers. One of my team members took some back to his hotel. But a lot of wasted food.
Outstanding food. We had a great dinner last Friday and went back on Monday!
Just go—you will love it!
I was staying at Aria with my wife and we went here our second night for dinner. We love tapas and frequent them quite often. This was average at best and was somewhat disappointing. Would recommend the other restaurants in Aria which have much better food. Also it is right in the hotel lobby and is super loud with limited privacy.
Yuck, food was not good.

Great spot located off the lobby in Aria. Unique tapas with great service. Overall a great dining experience!
Good service and fabulous tapas. We recommend the lamb and shrimp.
We have been here many times because of the selection of food and great service. We were not disappointed this time! Outstanding selection of tapas and and deserts. The sangrias were delicious.
Thank you for such enjoyable evening.
Cousins get together with family!!! Great time and staff was accommodating. We had a great time and regret not trying the restaurant sooner.
The menu options and food quality have decreased. Serrano used to be an excellent restaurant.
Food is amazing, but if you’re looking for conversation, it will be very hard to hear anyone at your table. This restaurant is incredibly loud!
The service was good, but the restaurant was very busy and the way tapas works, you order food and they bring it when it is ready. They lost track or misdirected two dishes - but we were pretty full and they took them off my bill.
For the restaurants in the Aria, they had a good value. Their wine selection was expensive, so we got a pitcher of sangria instead.
We had a vegetarian with us, and they had ample selections for his taste.
Way too pricey for tapas. So many better tapas places in Vegas. And $24 to park. Go somewhere else
The waiter said “would you all like some olives?” As he presented the menu to us, the party of 8. Of course we said yes, not realizing he was offering the appetizer from the menu without allowing us to see that he was offering a menu item. Then going to charge us.
Prices were outrageous when compared to the amount of food you get. Tapas are small. But when you pay $20, you should get more than three bites.
Enjoyable. Will not come back.
Noisy and expensive but tasty food. We'd go back but not frequently.
Food was delicious and the service was excellent, the ambient of the restaurant was awesome!!
A fantastic experience. Being situated in the hotel lobby, we weren't expecting to be wowed but we were more than pleasantly surprised. Food was simply amazing and our waiter Miguel (who was awesome...attentive without being overbearing) offered some suggestions which turned out to be highlights of the meal (mushroom risotto with black truffles in particular). I also loved the sardines. Great wine selection also by the glass or bottle. Well worth it!
Dinner was delicious and service very good. The fish crudo was excellent. We also enjoyed the short ribs. Overall a nice place to share dinner with friends
Always epic. A few menu changes but chef accommodated my nostalgia. Thanks as always.
