   My husband and I and some friends went for the Kentucky Derby party and we all had a fantastic time!! The place was decorated beautifully and the band was amazing!! The only thing that would of made it more perfect was some healthy choices of finger foods to go along with our delicious drinks

   My Wife and I are from UK and had not realised the Kentucky Derby was on during our stay in Houston. We booked this event as it sounded interesting in its write up online. Well what a day we had! Everyone in attendance had made an effort and looked fantastic. The people of Houston were welcoming, communicative and warm. We feel we really got to experience that “southern charm” we have read and heard about over in the UK. The venue itself was very well laid out allowing for easy movement and access to its offerings. The band were amazing and bar a short stop midway played for approximately 4 hours. Their setlist was incredible. The drinks were cold and easily available as there were ample places to be served. Thanks Julep, and the lovely people we mt for such a great day. We will never forget it.

   We had Ezra as our server and he was fantastic, he was checking in in us even though we moved to another section of the establishment. He had recommendations and was very quick with our orders, all you ask for when it comes to coming for a quick round with a couple of friends.

   The food menu is limited but it is DELICIOUS!!!! We had the lobster dip, truffle sliders, and truffle fries. Everything was amazing. The drinks, one was the Snake Bite and the other Diablo-100%.

   Stopped by for a one drink but ended up having more and some small bites. Loved the ambiance and the service! It was the end of happy hour and very chill. They make one of the best Vieux Carrés in the city!

   Love this place in general. On the weekends they get kind of busy and flustered sometimes come off as rude but mostly a great spot.

    The manager came to our table 3 times to tell us that we will need to vacate our table by 9 . I had made reservations on open table for 7:15pm, he started approaching our table at 8:40pm saying open table reservations are for 2 hrs only while there were 3 empty tables in our close vicinity. Very disappointed with his behavior, will not recommend
