   I've been to JuJu once before, but it was pretty soon after they opened. I wanted to go back, so the perfect opportunity came up to take the youngest niece. She is my fancy eating baby. She is a picky eater, but almost anything I get her to try... she likes. She loves noodles, so she got the garlic noodles. They were really good with a nice kick. I ordered the soy braised lamb, glazed pork belly buns, and fried chicken buns to share. The lamb was sweet with a spicy kick on the back. We took the bread, git some yogurt off the plate, and then the lamb. Fantastic! The buns were also delicious, a nice size, and had a nice size portion of chicken and pork belly... no skimping! Joe was wonderful! We told him we'd gone for a walk before, and we were really thirsty. My water glass barely got halfway empty, and he was filling it. Dessert was a chocolate moose tini... strong and yummy. It was a beautiful evening, which made the outside dining a pleasure. You must try!

   As always, the food was exceptional as was the service. One of Durham's gems in the dining scene. The noise level is a bit much inside, but dining outside on the patio helps. However, be aware the corner of 9th and Markham is a busy intersection so there is a bit of street noise. Overall one of the best dining experiences in Durham.

   Too loud, too crowded, too close, too chaotic….. but the food was absolutely incredible. I could’ve reached over and grabbed food off the table next to me. Despite all this, the service was great. We’ll try to go back on Tuesday or Wednesday. (Get the lemon curd dessert!)

    Another spectacular evening at Jujus with excellent food, attentive but not intrusive staff, and a beautiful venue! The bomb-a shrimp was introduced to us by Katie and was absolutely divine. The brown butter pot de creme, chocolate mousse-tini, tofu buns, and grilled green beans are repeat favorites! Because the menu changes occasionally you may find your favorite has rotated off for awhile but there will be more delicious things to discover! (And on the lunch menu the bahn mi is fantastic. ) I have never had a less than stellar meal at Jujus!!

    We were seated outside even when there were seats inside, and what was supposed to be a nice dinner turned out to be a fight with a plethora of flies! I do not even remember the food as our only thought was to finish the meal as soon as possible to run away from the flies.

    Food was really good, everything had great flavor. They bring dishes out as they are ready which is great for the kitchen but not for the guest when your appetizer and main course arrive together. The noise level is extremely high so if you want an intimate dinner this is not the place.

    The hostess changed my reservation from inside to a patio table, I believe to accommodate a large party. When I declined (because it looked like it would rain) and insisted on the inside table I reserved she put the menus on a two-top next to the door and walked off. When I asked to be moved to a larger table I was told they were all reserved. The waiter was great and the food was good. When I ordered dessert the hostess came over to ask if we wanted to move to a larger table now, since they weren't busy (and half of the 'reserved' tables never had anyone seated at them the entire time we were there). Perhaps customer service isn't her forte, as changing peoples reservations on them and then being dismissive of them when they insist on what they asked for is not a good way to develop a brand...but perhaps they don't need customers.

    JuJu never disappoints. Both the food and service are absolutely exceptional. The amount of effort they take to deliver amazing tasting food is certainly noticed. We dined on the patio, our preferred spot. Thank you, JuJu!

    Excellent dishes! Loved the fried chicken buns, hawaiian poke, and cha gio. So many more things on the menu I want to try! Save room for dessert. The chocolate mousse peanut butter cup was amazing--I wished I had not eaten so much already because I couldn't finish it! Our server was the only part that was not great. He did everything like he was supposed to but it seems like he was bored or he didn't want to be there. I hope when we come back we get a different server.

    Took my friend to lunch here for her birthday. We sat outside, it was a beautiful day. Excellent service, food was delicious. Loved my salad rolls and mushroom curry soup, my friend enjoyed her garlic ramen noodles. Will take my husband here soon. Highly recommended.

    Great dinner, but honestly please do not tell guests that you need a table back at a certain point, especially on a random Wednesday night when there were ample tables available. Food was wonderful and we were able to stay beyond the time we were told we needed to vacate the table by, but truly I may not book here again because of the way that was handled.

    The crab dumplings were delicious - and I wish I had ordered a second plate of them. The General Tso's chicken was also very good, but the shrimp lo mein was unappetizing at best. It was smothered in sauce, with an off-putting taste. Disappointing, for sure.

    uninspired cooking. Dumplings undercooked, tuna bits were like cardboard, tuna tasted soggy, brussel sprouts were a mess, too much sauce, too much sweet, too much of everything spoiling what could be a tasty vegetable. It was such a disappointing experience, both from a food, as well as a noise perspective. Dont go there if you expect to be able to talk with the person opposite you !

    Fantastic food! The bomb shrimp is new and really good. They will open the patio weather permitting (above 65 degrees). Both dining inside and outside are great options but the patio is phenomenal.

    We came here before going to DPAC for a show. The two women who greeted us when we came in were friendly and so polished. Asked if we were going to a show and had some wonderful tips for navigating DPAC. Our drinks were delicious and the food was spectacular. Great for sharing. And prices were perfectly inline, if not a little low, for what we were having. It was an amazing experience
