Really enjoyed the food and menu selection. Their crispy beef and shrimp wrap were delicious. In addition the prix fixe menu was enough and again very good. Service was great and quick. Everyone was courteous and upbeat. Look forward to going back next summer!

We arrived right as a big cocktail party ended. Our food arrived all at once as opposed to appetizer and main and we were done in 35 minutes. Felt like a rushed experience. It's a clubby spot not a Sunday dining option. Food was fine nothing exceptional.

The chicken skewers had weird creamy peanut butter sauce. Was odd that they were red. The Kung Po was too sweet and had french fries in it — odd. The angry lobster had too little lobster for $40 and had some cheap cuts of pork. Mediocre. The chicken fried rice tasted unremarkable. Need to upgrade the food.

The waiter took forever to pay attention to us. We were 7. Ordered plenty of apetizers. Only one was good and not ordinary (the rick shrimp. Quite good). The rest of the apetizers including the lobster spring roll were very ordinary as main street Chinese place and extremely expensive. We thiught it wojld be so special. Then came the main dish. 3 people ordered sweet and sour chicken. Only one got his dish. So we decided the one is enough for three . But as we were about to ask for the check, here come the 2 missing sweet and sour chicken plates. Not good at all. NOTHING other than the rock shrimp was good. The crispy beef was awful... And my hisband who was inviting was chicked by the check of over $570 plus a 20% tip! Trust me. There is nothing different about this chinese food. The check shojld have been $100 max as we wojld in an ordinary Chinese place. We were all chocked and extremely disappointed and it was clear that the big table next to us was too. Nice decor. DJ on week ends. Lousy horrible food! Do NOT go there!!

Just ok. I was there with my wife a few days earlier - indoor overrun with flies. Had to return 2 separate glasses of wine where flies has taken themselves for a swim. Returned with young daughters a week alter - Sunday early evening. Not many patrons - and those there tended to be of the more mature age group. Strangely they saw fit to blast the dining area with ghetto rap - f bombs and all. Could be so much better with a little tweaking. It just needs to figure out what it wants to be when it grows up - a well located family restaurant or south central LA party central .....cant be both.

Overpriced absolutely pedestrian food that was served lackadasically. While the cocktails were delish they were served with no garnishes at all. The only halfway decent dish was the Peking Duck. The rest was a series of chinese standbys all served in a weirdly red slop. Dinner for 7 was $750 and our local take out place serves better food.

There is a paucity of Asian residents in the Hamptons, so this is a welcome addition. but the menu is odd and expensive for what is served. I do not think it is a good value for mediocre food.

There was confetti everywhere and chairs were soaked with (hopefully) drinks from a brunch party when we arrived for dinner at 8:30pm. The food and drinks were okay, but the space doesn't at all compare to the Jue Lan Club in Manhattan. Definitely a place you don't return to, but for one meal, it's ok...

Worst dinner ever- sat at our table for 45 minutes and had to ask for them to send us a waitress... several people said they don’t work for jue lan so they can’t help us- that they only work for the sushi place (whatever that means) sat for another 20 minutes before she came. Table next to us warned us not to stay, said their sushi had mold, another table next to them walked out on their bill, but it was already 11pm and we were starving, and were not there to order sushi thankfully. We had to walk back inside to get our own drinks because the waitress said it would take too long for her to order them to our dinner table!!! Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. We used to come here to eat every weekend during summer 2017 and we were so excited tonight, but we will NEVER be returning.

Dear Jue Lan management, Please get your act together!! Went for dinner last night with a party of 7. The evening started fine, because it was early. We received service, drinks and appetizers in a timely fashion. Then it got crowded and it was all downhill from there. Couldn’t get a second round of drinks for an hour. Also, an hour after we ordered our entrees, they still hadn’t arrived. At the 2.5 hour mark of our night there, we got up and left. Told “manager” on the way out what happened. She was very nice and took the entrees (which we never received) off of our bill and an additional 30%. However, this still took 10 minutes to “figure out.” That being said, would MUCH rather have had a lovely dinner (with entrees!!!) and happily pay a full bill. Such a shame.

We had four people and a reservation on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Food was good/healthy; broccoli was delicious. We also shared the Duck which was good. A bit noisey as there were a few large birthday tables. Expensive entrees...start mid $30's and up; drinks expensive too. My Titos martini was $22. Overall, I'd recommend, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere.

As Chinese restaurants in the Hamptons go, this is pretty decent. But no one would confuse this with Michael Chow's in New York. If you come in with realistic expectations, you can have a nice meal.

Don't book online for this restaurant. They accept reservations when there is no room and when they aren't open. No one checks Open Table. Even speaking to them is iffy. The food is fine but certainly not worth the hassle.

The reviews were mixed, so we went in with some trepidation. The restaurant is directly opposite the Southampton train station, on the corner of quiet, tree lined Elm St. Last season, this place was called Circo, and it didn't seem like the decor changed all that much. So we walked into a nearly empty restaurant. Yeah, the bar was a bit active, but not crowded. There's a substantial outdoor patio, and it seemed there was action out there, but not too busy. This was unusual for a trendy new place in the Hamptons on the Saturday before July 4th weekend. But it was only 7:00, and that's way too early to start a Hamptons evening. Being with my mid 70's parents, it was late enough for us. So immediately upon being seated, our server introduced himself, asked if we needed anything right away, and got us started on our water selection. Good sign. Service was impeccable all night, though we did wait about 40 minutes to get the bill after we finished eating. Other than that, nothing bad to say about service. The food was a pleasant surprise on the good side relative to the reviews. We started with Peking Duck Bao Rolls, General Tso's Dumplings w/ broth inside, and the rock shrimp. The Bao Rolls were excellent (3/$24) as was the rock shrimp ($20). The Dumplings of General Tso was just ok ($15). For main course, we shared Crispy Beef, lightly egg battered Chicken in Garlic sauce, a Mongolian charred beef with Broccoli, and a nice shrimp dish that escapes my memory. For sides we ordered Lobster Fried Rice (not worth the $20) and broccoli in garlic sauce ($8 and worth every penny!) The main courses were around $30 to $35. The Peking Duck entre would set you back $105. The Peking Chicken $75. But we didn't have either. As it was my folks anniversary, we ordered one slice of Oreo Cheesecake to share. For $12, you got a microscopic slice. And that was the one knock on all the food. Portions were normal to small. So aside from value for your money, this place is great!

Atmosphere is fun on a Saturday night, but mostly as a lead-in to the dance club in the back later in the evening. A parade of young ladies getting ready to enjoy a night clubbing in the Hamptons. Food is pretty average, some dishes fine and others okay but nothing special. Nothing bad, just little that is memorable. And wildly overpriced for mediocre Chinese.

Went for my husbands birthday dinner with a group of 6. Loved the atmosphere and our ability to get a little loud and have a good time. Went on Saturday evening in early September. A bit disappointed that there was no longer live music as the summer season had ended. Service was also a bit slower then we would have liked in waiting to get cocktails. Accuraccy of our drinks was a bit of a miss as all guests were very well versed in fine wine/ liquor and more than once drinks were prepared incorrectly. Overall food was great and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
