   I don’t even know where to start. This place was horrible. I booked a table for my fiancé and I with two of our friends. When we got there the guy said there was no more sitting inside, so we had to sit outside. I said that was okay because they had the heaters. When I walked over to the table, you can tell the chairs were old they had spiderwebs on them. The guy was okay about it. He came and wiped the chair off for me. Then more people started coming in. Our waiter finally came and took our drink . Things started going bad when the people who came after us to their DRINKS and FOOD before we did. When our waiter finally came back, she asked us did anyone bring our drinks out yet. We said no, we thought you were bringing them. She said maybe she forgot to push the submit button for them to start our drinks. She said she was going in to check. She finally came back 15 mins later. We told her we wanted to go ahead and order because we had already been sitting there for a while. She took the order. When our food finally came I had got the quesabirria, my fiancé got the shrimp tacos, our friends got the wings and a salad, and carne asada. My tacos didn’t have any meat in them, and i said where was the consome broth they said they had just ran out. That made me very upset because that should’ve been communicated to me, so that I could’ve ordered something else. I didn’t even want the food because for one it wasn’t hardly anything to eat. They never brought the salad my friend ordered. It was just horrible. Our waiter kept disappearing. We just wanted to pay our bill and go. Only good thing was she took the tacos off and apologized. But I wouldn’t Recommend anyone to go here.

   The service at this place is horrible. We were seated and after 20mins of NO ONE attending to us, we didn’t even get waters by that point, we just left. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Don’t go here, it’s not worth it. I didn’t have food here, again because no one even took a drink order or gave us water, but I did see the plates come out and they looked gross.

   I'm not sure if Saturday was a fluke because of so many favorable reviews I've read but this place was a disaster. Upon arrival with reservation he said we'd need to wait 20 minutes or so outside for a table, no prob things happen. No communication with other servers and they're trying to serve us outside. We let him know, finally get seated inside about 30 minutes later at this point. Then 20 minutes goes by and we're not even able to order a single drink or get water or chips etc still, they've been trying to handle a larger party next to us and running all over the place . The guys were nice enough but it was just disastrous. The menu you scan had 1/4 what you'll see on menu photos - just 3-4 tacos and burritos, a few appetizers. We ended up leaving.

   A last minute dinner for 2 on valentines. The place was packed and had a good, buzzy atmosphere. Food was good and service was ok. She was obviously new and got a few things wrong but she was smiley and helpful.

   The place was closed and Open Table still allowed me to make a reservation?! Also the place is a night club.

    On Tuesday August 23, 2022 we had a reservation at 7:00pm for two for my birthday. The week of the 23rd, the reservation was confirmed by the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:45pm and it was closed. They didn't open until 9:00pm. I am still trying to figure out why the restaurant was accepting and confirming reservations knowing that they would not be open. I can't speak about the food since we didn't have any, but their reservation system was definitely broken.
