They had too much going on it was extreme loud due to other customers you could barely enjoy the music , the waiter was so slow bringing our drinks. The bartender was rude yelling “stop letting people in damn “ mind you they closed at 12am and it was only 945 pm . Just over all not what to expect being in Hyde park area

The seating is to close together , we felt like we was on top of each other. We waited 45 minutes to even get water or for a person to come greet us. We waited 2 hours for food and it came out cold. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The food was great, overall service and ambience very underwhelming. The server had a very nasty attitude she doesn’t like the job or the customers. The food took VERY long and there were items that were missing. We had a 1 hour 30 minute limit the food took a hour. The appetizers came out with our entrees, the gratuity was high. Space is too small we reserved table for 8, two of our guest had to sit outside our booth in regular chairs. The vegetables were all too salty and were sent back. Salmon overcooked but seasoned well.

They should just state up front they don't carry diet drinks. Secondly, I add an entree and it took 15 - 20 minutes to get only after asking several times and the server noticing it never came out. I finally asked the bust boy can it be to go and he said he would let them know and still it never showed until I asked for the check and he notice I still had not received my entree. He finally brought it out. Thirdly, I requested the birthday celebration that they do at the table. Suddenly they appeared with the lights but no cake, no drink, no conversation about if I wanted any of those things, so I could barely videotape the exchange for my friends's birthday. In the future they should definitely have a conversation with the person who makes the request and let them know the process. The food was amazing and we were seated quickly.

This restaurant is amazing.. I had the margarita flight! It was delicious. For the entree, I had the pot roast with macaroni and sweet potatoes and my fiancé had smothered fried chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The food was fresh and seasoned well. The music was great.. it’s the same music that’s on my personal playlist. I will eat here again. This was a great choice for my birthday.

I’ve never ever written a restaurant review, but I feel like it would be a disservice against fellow Hyde Parkers to not put out a warning. Worst dining experience of my life. Had to come up to the host area twice to beg someone to take our order after having been there for 30 mins. 55 mins later and still no food. Asked the table next to us if they ordered food too. Got there 30 mins before us and they had nothing either. Not sure how the food is because no one seems to get it because the service is so terrible. Again. Worst dine in experience of my entire life

The wait for drinks/food was horrible. We had a 7:00 reservation and didn’t get anything to eat until almost 9:00pm.

Service was terrible. There were several empty seats but we waited 30 minutes to be seated. Had to ask them to clean a table. Once we sat we waited over an hour to receive appetizers and drinks. Once the food came the waiter only brought two of us our food and not mine (I only had wings). When the wings finally came they were ice cold. He also had to ask ME what I ordered instead of knowing what I ordered. He forgot one of my items. Seems like he was the only waiter in the whole restaurant.
