Using fresh ingredients, homemade sauces and dressings, and recipes created by Chef Jonathan Levine, your palette is bound for a unique experience. Located in the Memorial area of Houston allows for an upscale experience without the stuffiness of fine dining.     Join Us For A Gourmet Father's Day Brunch Buffet! The Buffet will have many Jonathan's The Rub classics including chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, churro waffles, gumbo, shrimp cocktail, prime rib, smoked salmon, cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, brussels sprouts, frittatas, a dessert bar, and much, much more! We will seat guests from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and our buffet will stay open until 3:00 PM. Pricing for the buffet is as follows: $65 for adults, $15 for kids ages 6yo - 12yo, kids five and under eat for free. Happy Father's Day and we look forward to serving you soon!

    Our server was absolutely fantastic and the food is wonderful as always when I die here. Both my guests were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. I’m sorry I don’t remember the girls name and failed to write it down as I normally do because I like to give them an individual heads up, but I’m sure you’ll be able to trace that down. She did a wonderful job making our dining experience exemplary. The blackened shrimp and grits 2 of us had was absolutely superb. Bravo!

    Our experience yesterday was wonderful. Our server, Eric, was perfect in giving us time to make our selections and time to sit and visit. It was a perfect lunch to mid-afternoon catch up session of two dear friends. I cannot thank the Jonathan's team enough for delivering a delightful experience all the way around. K

    Great ambiance and service was attentive. Large menu to suit most tastes. Dinner items came out a little soupy though with too much sauce or broth. Dessert options were awesome.

    Service was absolutely amazing! Our waiter Eric was knowledgeable, personable and very engaging!! He knows how to treat customers!! Most of the entrees we had were excellent. Steamed dumplings and bruschetta was a must, I highly recommend. My traditional 16oz rib eye steak unfortunately was just average. Lack of flavor and lots of fat. Mashed potatoes were also bland. The onion and mushrooms sauce toppings wasn’t my favorite. But overall experience was A+!

    Everything was amazing! I think I may have a new favorite restaurant! Eric, our waiter, did a superb job and was so friendly and engaging. T’Angelo came to see us and was so nice and informative. The food was delicious! We had four different entrees, and all were fantastic. My husband had the pork chop, I had Chilean sea bass, and the couple we dined with had blackened Redfish and another fish. We enjoyed the ceviche appetizer, drinks, desserts and cappuccinos as well. It was a wonderful dinner and we will definitely return. Thank you!

    Nice location. Nice service. Good menu. Dined there several times, and all the menu offerings are good. The house salad dressing, the sea bass, and steak nite specials are outstanding.
