   They have some really great live music. The venue is intimate. Inside, when a band is playing it can be quite loud and a fun energy. People get up and dance. When there is live music, you can also go outside on the front patio with the fire pit to have distance to be able to chat. Everything that we have ordered so far has been tasty.    Watch out…! Bait & Switch Reservatiion… We were very surprised so we left. Made a reservation for 7 pm, went at noon to see where sitting on this special occasion of our anniversary. Band setting up for evening, saw our name printed out with large placard in front of band on table for two, very pleased. Went back at 6:45 that evening, found placard reservation, handwritten on table for another party for 7:30. Manager abrupt, discourteous, said this is way it is.

   Jolene’s is a special little place with great drinks, great food/snacks and the best ambiance. I have been here a few times and always have a great time. They have live music, comfortable seating and a really friendly staff. Whenever friends come to visit, I always bring them to Jolene’s!

    Nice little place for a glass of wine and entertainment most nights. This is not the place for a dining night out. Mostly cocktails. Menus items are limited. Service while being very professional, was lacking due to only one server managing the entire place. Mandatory 20% gratuity for a party of 5 and a request to tip the entertainment on your check. This was our second time at the location and probably is nice place for the local tourist crowd.

    If I can save at least one person from coming here, I’ll feel better…where to start…? Well I received an email saying they were starting a karaoke at 6:30 on Wednesday. So I made a reservation for one at 6:30. I arrived at 6:28, no one greeted me, no one was at the door, no hostess, only a DJ and a few older ladies taking up a couple tables and a couple at the extremely small 5 seater bar. I sat down next to the couple and when the bartender finally appeared after about 5 minutes, he talked to the couple for another 5 before even acknowledging me. Looking like this whole karaoke thing was going to be a bust, I ordered a cranberry juice to sip on while I waited for things to pick up. The bartender filled the very small class heaping with ice. Poured approximately 1 ounce of cranberry juice over the ice. Within three sips, it was gone. I waited a good 45 minutes for something to happen, nothing did. I asked for my check…$8.00 for a cranberry juice!!! Plus tax. He dropped my check and bolted for another 10 minutes so by the time he got back, I asked him if this was correct and he just sort of laughed at me and said “yeah, well you didn’t order any alcohol”. I pay less at Mastro’s and have way better service than that. Service is crappy, atmosphere was boring and cramped. Definitely not the place to be. Owner should be ashamed. Not the way to win locals.

    The music at Jolene’s was excellent, the band played great. The menu was 0K and the reason I say that is it’s more of an appetizer menu. If you want a nice dinner, then you’ll have to eat somewhere else before you go. The appetizers and drinks were great! The only thing I didn’t like about Joannes is the layout of the tables and the bar. There were a lot of people who wanted to dance and there wasn’t enough room because it has an odd layout. I think some of the walls need to be opened up and the bar pushed back. A lot of people were talking about how it could be reconfigured differently to make it more accommodating.

    We were seated in the VIP ROOM. Which was literally in a back room with NO view of the musicians. In addition we were required to have a 2 drink minimum. Furthermore the TV’s were not in service no way to view band. To make matters worse the 2 drink minimum for 6 people was $250 with no food ordered

    Very nice place with great service and the music was wonderful. We had the Nachos which were very good. My wife enjoyed their happy hour wine, and I had a solid old-fashioned. The only complaint was that since I was the designated driver I switched to Coke, and had two. When we got the bill, I found that each 12oz can was $8.00 ea, which is a bit steep.

    Came for the music that cancelled at 2:30 that day. Not glued to my email, so never knew until the dinner we ordered was placed. The staff should have let us know upon arrival as we would have dined elsewhere. Fantastic music lineup. The reason we recommend and continue go to Jolene’s.

    The food--sliders and "flatbread"/pizza--was quite good. Overall, though, our experience was sub-par because: -the total space was tiny; most seats were way too close to the musicians -the music was indecipherable; we did not recognize a single song, and couldn't even figure what type of music was being played -people sitting at the bar blocked our view.

    I went specifically to hear the band, Fun With Dick & Jane. We had already eaten so didn't have food. The place was pretty packed. We could have sat in back area (had reservation) but wanted to see band and dance. So we stood by the bar. That made it easy to get drinks. We had wine and cocktails, both tasted good. It was my first time and I'll definitely go back. Great to have a venue to offers live music.

    Went to listen to “Fun with Dick and Jane”. Great music and a fun time dancing. The place was packed !!! A fun evening. We ordered a flat bread and chicken wings. We sent the flat bread back to be cooked longer as the crust was mush. It came back to our table a little more done but the crust was still like raw dough. The chicken wings weren’t much better. We both ended up with an unsettled stomach the next morning. So my recommendation based on my experience would be to eat somewhere else and then go to Jolene’s for drinks and entertainment.

    Too many tables packed into the venue. Servers had to walk sideways and “brush” my table to get by. Service was average, had to ask for my drink twice and then go to the bar to get it. Did not eat. Went to see Patrice Morris, she was fabulous.

    The band was great but the place is way too small for the amount of people. The guys worked very hard to serve everyone but we never got our second round of drinks and the bill was nearly $100 for only appetizers and three drinks but charged for four. They need to find a new location for how popular they are. People dancing in the aisle of the only way out is not safe. I hope they either ice or can expand bc it was fun despite the short comings
