My family and I visited JoJo’s for the first time and were so impressed! The food was delicious and the service and environment was upbeat and fun. I was worried it wouldn’t be good for little kids but they loved all the decorations and devoured their food. We will definitely be back!

We had family in from out of town and did the camp JoJo experience. I had accidentally made my reservation for the incorrect day because I have currently been juggling life and a lot of curveballs. However they were more than accommodating in getting my reservation corrected. As for overall experience I absolutely loved our waitress. She was kind, accommodating, attentive, and went above & beyond at ensuring we had the best experience. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves all the praise in the world! We need more people like you in the service industry & please never forget how one positive experience can change someone’s day! Thank you to the restaurant and all of their staff for an amazing experience. We will definitely be back again!

lunch at JoJo’s shake bar where I had the Charleston wrap-chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and Bill had the smash burger! I finished my meal with a salted caramel hot chocolate that comes topped with a toffee donut hole, a gold marshmallow and a toffee pretzel stick which Bill taste tested for me. I drank the hot chocolate under the toasted marshmallow creme! A very cool, fun, & unique place! We had made a reservation but it wasn’t necessary at this time. Our server was Makenna and she did a great job!

The food was delicious and those milk shakes!! SO GOOD! I had the birthday cake milkshake and it was amazing. I also had the Cereal Killa shot which was amazing! The Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken was very tasty with a bit of a kick! Our server Bel was awesome! I can’t wait to go back!

Shakes are AMAZING!! My son loved his burger but the wings weren’t anything great. Our server was amazing.

The food was just average, definitely not worth the price. However - and a big however - the service was outstanding! We had a very large group and they accommodated us so very well! They handled a huge table of kids with ease and had an ingenious way of separating the bills so that we easily were able to pay for kids and their adults at a separate table. The servers were quick and kind, and everything was correct. I don’t usually expect great service with a group that large, and usually the bill is a nightmare, so we were shocked to have excellent service and an easy way to pay individually.
