    I just feel like my friend had water spilled on her and it wasn’t on purpose, but it was just the fact that she didn’t get a direct apology right away and then. It didn’t state that I couldn’t have a cake and then I was on my way to get to Jojo Shake bar and my friends got there before me and they made them back out in the cold. They didn’t let them sit down in there. They told them they cannot sit down so it was horrible service Service.

    Our waitress was EXCELLENT!!!! The 18% automatically added to the bill was ridiculous!!! This should Be told upon entry or making reservations!!! The patrons are not responsible for paying the fees for your credit card machines etc! This is the reason we will not return! Nice spot, wonderful waitress but don’t force me to pay anything!!!! Especially without notice

    The servers were very rude, rushing our party out to seat others, talking to the staff about us loudly as if we weren’t in ear shot I won’t be back anytime soon if I can’t enjoy conversation after a meal I won’t go back

    Today was our very first time at the restaurant. We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday. The kids loved everything in the place. My family loved that the restaurant was so dressed up for Christmas. Our host was absolutely amazing, she was very professional, kind, friendly and polite. She was as very helpful with assisting us with our menu choices. I believe her name was Shawna hope I'm spelling that right. But we will definitely come back and she invited us to come back every other Monday for mixer night. My only concern was the limited food choices on the menu. But overall the atmosphere is great.

    The service was the worst I've ever had anywhere. I don't know if it's because the gratuity is automatically added to your bill but the servers definitely don't care about you. We were seated for over 30 minutes before we even got drinks. I don't mind waiting a while for food especially when it's busy. I totally understand that. I've worked in customer service so I get it but at least get me something to drink while I'm waiting. The servers were more concerned about socializing with each other than taking care of their tables. The food was good but I probably won't be back and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. It's a shame too because I love the 90s throwback theme and my kids would probably love those milkshakes.

    Our bill was $190 and all I had were wings and loaded fries. I ordered a drink and it was $70. The menu doesn’t have prices and the waitress did not say it was $70. We paid the bill but I did tell the young lady she could have mentioned the price of the drink because she did suggest it. This was our first and last time there. I could have gotten the Margarita tree for that.

    Arrived and could tell things were very disorganized. The host and hostess were very accommodating and had great attitudes despite the chaos. When making my reservation online I was able to pick inside or “winter wonderland” outside. I watched a lot of videos and advertisements showing the winter wonderland and atmosphere. They did not have a winter wonderland, which was the first misleading thing. Upon sitting down we inquired about the ornament painting we purchased in advance. Was told our server wasn’t sure but would find out. Our order was incorrect for a meal or so. She tried to correct, but that was also a bit of a mess. Our time there was at about two hours when we again asked about the ornaments and asked if we could be reimbursed. The server then informed us that is done at the end of the meal. We were never told that, upon asking in the beginning. We opted to leave, due to the fact the 5 children with us were ready after 2 hours. We asked for a refund and we’re told the manager was going to give us his card and to call corporate. Never received a card, never received an apology. Called back this morning and still didn’t get anywhere. Overall very disappointed in our experience, and what we expected after a very misleading expectation. Food was good, shakes were good, customer service extremely lacking. Do not waste your time.

    I took my girls here, and we absolutely loved the milkshakes and the food! Our server was very helpful and patient, and so was everyone else we interacted with. The only suggestion I have, is for them to be careful with allowing so many slots to be filled with booking. The manager told us that a lot of people booked at the same time I did, and that’s why our wait was for over 20 mins. Maybe close the time slots after a certain amount of time, so as to avoid double booking?! Either way, we will go again, hopefully with as not a long wait time!

    Food was amazing !! Atmosphere is SO much fun. The service was absolutely horrible. Forgot drinks, no silverware, didn’t check back after food was delivered. The server acted like we were a major inconvenience and didn’t want to wait on us. Luckily a manager noticed, and handled the situation.

    I want to be at least fair here because we went to JoJo’s twice in the past two weeks. The first time everything was fantastic, they sat us a little before our reservation, the service was incredible, the food and drinks were great and we got out of there with plenty of time before our event. The second experience was basically the exact opposite (although the drinks we did get were still great). We got seated 15 minutes after our reservation time while multiple walk-ins were getting seated in front of us. We waited another half hour for our drinks to come, thought about not ordering food because of how slow everything was but got talked into it only to leave without the food ever arriving. Planned for an hour and a half at the restaurant, used all that time up (and then some) and had one round of drinks before sprinting off to the event. Not sure what to make of this place at this point, but if you’re not pressed for time, or come down on a non-event day it is probably going to be pretty great. Come when it’s busy and be prepared to be disappointed or late (or maybe both).

    I would recommend this place for dessert or beverage break. Food was okay, not bad, not great. They ran out of silverware and gave us plastic table wear!!! Waitress was very friendly, but absent a bit. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks.

    The food was mediocre but I loved the atmosphere! I took my 14 year old daughter here for her birthday so I think the shakes are amazing especially when celebrating! The hostess and our waitress customer service was excellent! Overall I would dine here again!

    Loved the presentation of the food. Did not like the fact that they put 18% on the bill automatically. Which make the waitress not check back with you at all because they don’t have to earn their tip. Had an issue with the sprite and the manager knew about it but didn’t change the tap.

    Overall great experience. Great food, menu selection and ambiance. Service was very good as well, considering volume of customers. Just minor things to fix (ensure silverware on table prior to seating customers, and more timely service of food and bringing bill to table after eating). Perhaps need additional staff on days with big events (NFL games, etc).

    We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday bc of the milkshakes! We thought the kids would love it. The smash burgers were fantastic! The kids burgers were burgers but for $7 and no fries? Our waitress did tell us ahead of time, I’m just saying- that’s kind of absurd. The loaded fries were a joke to be honest. It was basically cheese and a few pieces of bacon (literally) and maybe a tablespoon of sour cream drizzled over the entire top. I don’t recall any chives actually now that I think about it. We should have just gotten regular waffle fries. I did see another tables loaded fries go out and they actually looked loaded so consistency is perhaps an issue? We ordered 2 shakes. One fancy one that was as expected and the other was supposed to be a regular chocolate Oreo shake. It was vanilla Oreo and it was bland beyond words. Again for $10 it was super disappointing. Our waitress was busy so we couldn’t get her attention to change before my 3 year old had eaten several bites. It was an experience but not good enough for the money spent to return. I’m writing this review to hopefully help improve bc I wouldn’t go back.

    i would not come here for the food, it seems as though they went to sam’s club a few days ago and picked up some deserts to use. if you’re a vegetarian/vegan i would not recommend. it was hard for me to find something to eat that wasn’t loaded with and obscene amount of cheese. my boyfriend had a sandwich with meat and couldn’t finish it because of the taste.

    We were seated late. There was no waiting area so we were in everyone’s way. Waitress came over immediately after we were seated. Prompt service. I had fish and chips. A lot of batter and not much fish. Salty and overcooked. My husband had a Rueben. Not a lot of meat and just ok. Granddaughter had a fish sandwich and loved it. Boys enjoyed their kids meals and shakes. Nice Christmas decorations and located on cute street.

    They added tip and didn’t tell me I ended up tipping over %40 for bad service and mediocre food. I hope this places goes out of business and they put something worthwhile in there.

    The restaurant is very cute. It really gives you a nice playful vibe. I would say the food was good a little pricey, but the service was excellent. I can’t remember the young lady’s name that waited on us but she was great. I would definitely go there again and try some thing else I had the pot pie. We also got the fries appetizer. Those were pretty good. Vegetarian chili was so so but the chicken noodle soup was great shakes were really good to.

    Crazy wait time for reservations (which were made weeks ago) No organization. Grinch shake was advertised and that was the reason for attending. Still had 2 shows and you were out… poor planning and a bummed kid. Astronomical bill, which I’m fine with if it’s worth it. My husband made it very clear we will NEVER be back.

    They were busy and were only taking reservations. We did have one and got seated pretty quickly. Our table, however, was so wobbly it was hard to sit there. When we mentioned it, the staff said “they all do that” and made no effort to fix it. They were out of the special shake they advertised. The food was ok. It did seem loud too.
