   First time at this restaurant since the remodeling from Gamekeepers. Celebrated a 46 year anniversary with a wonderful dinner. Service was wonderful, food was delicious. An enjoyable evening, looking forward to another dinner there soon.

   Went for my birthday dinner and had a wonderful time. The decor in this place is so beautiful, and everything about it is very put together. The only tiny thing I would’ve changed was the serving size on the pasta we got. I ordered a mini so it wasn’t much which was fine, but my boyfriend got the full size with no sides and it didn’t seem as much as expected. Besides that I have nothing to critique! So glad we finally checked this place out, will definitely be going back.

   Manager came over the minute food was set on table. Asking us before we obviously (hadn’t ) cut into the steaks how they tasted… She was rude pushy and came back with the fries which took several minutes after steaks were delivered and half eaten!!! Server was fine Manager - she was obnoxious

    The atmosphere of JoJo’s is excellent and the outdoor patio is a must try. Our waiter was super attentive and made recommendations as it was our first time dining inside. The menu has several options for whatever you are in the mood for and everything came out great. Highly recommend if you haven’t been there yet!

    Great service. The food was excellent and I did not even have a steak. Great flavors on the fish special. Jonathan was out waiter and did an excellent job keeping the drinks coming and always had a smile

    We love coming here once a month if possible. Coop has been our server the last 3 times and does a wonderful job. We love everything on the menu and have never had a bad meal!

    JO JO's was highly recommended to us by friends for a special occasion and we were not disappointed. It is a happening place. Gorgeous interior on multi levels; warm greeting, great service and a delicious dinner. Our birthday guest was even treated to a surprise birthday dessert.

    Took a guest for dinner to celebrate his birthday and so noted the birthday on the open table reservation. Reminded the server discreetly who was the birthday guest. End of the meal and check was dropped off and never saw the waiter or any birthday desert. So after 10-12 minutes left the gift card and cash gratuity to cover the meal and approximately 24% tip. Food was always great quality and presentation….my favorite is always the lamb with a good Pinot. Will be back but suggest the waiter needs a refresher training session. Also in a quality resultant being 82 years of age it seems less than apporpriate3 for the waiter in checking upon the food arrival to ask “is everything ok Boss?”

    Great food! Great atmosphere! Great service! Great cocktails! Saffron shrimp pasta and peppercorn filet dinners were amazing! JoJos salad and truffle fries were also very yummy!! A fun evening!

    Jojo's has the nicest ambiance of all the restaurants in Chagrin. It's a pricy night out, but great for special occasions. More than anything I want to recognize our server Jennifer. Very pleasant, very accommodating. She really made the evening for us! Food is quite good, but not exceptional. Considering all, would recommend to anyone to give it a try. I have been there several times and will go again!

    JoJo’s was a delightful surprise! Having been a patron of this location when it was Gamekeepers, I expected much the same. Instead of a dim, dated, and dusty place we found a trendy, open, and happening restaurant. The bar was beautiful and all drinks were on point. Bottles of wine under $100 are half off on Mondays too! We tried the calamari and tuna tartar both of which were delicious. Spicy vodka with a meatball and the Bolognese for main meal were spot on and we licked our plates clean. Also all dishes came out very quickly and staff were fast and friendly without missing anything. The only complaints we had was the lack of vanilla bean in the crème brûlée. The tiramisu was odd and unique in its presentation. It wasn’t bad but not sure if I’d take it over the traditional style. Judging by the crowd inside, people know this place is good. If you haven’t tried it yet, please do!

    The room we were in upstairs was dark and loud. We could barely hear each other. The food and service was very good. We’ve been here before and prices have gone way up. The a la carte menu made for $260 meal for 2.
