The food was wonderful. The service was wonderful. We were off to an area where there was not as much noise. If you get a table near the bar, expect it to be pretty loud.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. John was outstanding as our bartender before we sat down. Austin was fantastic! He made our evening so much fun. Food and service was top notch!

We enjoyed our meal, however, we booked the online with a view to having lunch. When we arrived, at 3pm, we asked for the lunch menu and was told at 3pm they only serve from the dinner menu and there was no exception. If we had seen this on the website we would absolutely have taken the 2.45 reservation. None of our party wanted a dinner option. Food was still good but made a bad atmosphere at the start of our family time together.

We love JoJo’s! Chagrin Falls chic atmosphere. Nice menu and attractive bar. Last night the Branzino had lots of bones and the skin was not crispy. I’ve had the Branzino many times before at JoJo’s and it’s always spot on. First time it was not so good. My wife enjoyed her salmon. Salads and vegetables were good.

The service is good, a little too good they don’t need to fill your glass every time you take a sip of wine or a sip of water. That gets a little annoying. The food this time with subpar. I’ve eaten here twice before and it was pretty good. This time the meatballs were inedible. Last time they were tender this time they were hard as a rock with very little sauce. Salad was very good. The wine list needs improvement and more variety. My daughters hamburger was horrible as well. We gave the hamburger and the meatballs to the dog when we got home probably won’t be back for a while.

We brought guests to dine at Jojo’s. They sat us in the bar. Way too noisy. Should have asked for the dining room. Food was good just hard to talk.

Food and ambiance are spectacular! JoJo’s is a must if you are looking for a special evening, or a just a lovely night out. Our service was good, but a bit slow, as it was a busy evening. That wont keep me from going back!

We love coming here for the ambience. It’s pricey and the menu is somewhat limited but the apps cocktails and wine list are great.

My wife had salmon and I had Italian Wedding Soup and Pasta Bolognese. The salmon was prepared exactly as my wife asked and the bolognese was excellent. The Wedding soup was the best I've had.... Our server, Lainey, and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to ensure my wife did not come in contact with her severe allergens.

Great ambience! A very happening place for sure! The food is quite good and I like the fact that they have pasta small plates as well as normal sized plates. The pastas are all real good. The Tuna Tartare was really good as well.

Disappointing dinner. Calamari was bland. Asked for arugula salad with light dressing - it was drenched. Bronzino was greasy. My husband liked his pasta dish.

We had a reservation at 830, at 9:05 we were still waiting for the table. Our waitress was short with us, didn’t want to ask the bartender to make me the same drink he just made while we were at the bar because “she can’t interrupt service” wtf does that even mean. One of my friends ordered a salad, it looked like someone took it out the bag and threw it on the plate. The waitress said the manager was going to come over, never came. I like the place but the service is garbage

Our waitress couldn’t have been any nicer. The recommendations she gave us were the right choices for us and the service was second to none. Will be a return diner here. Beverages were equally superb.
