   Amazing!! We had just a wonderful meal and a fantastic experience. The spicy crab dip was off the hook. The bar made a mad Gold Rush and The service was beyond five star......Abby our server was an ace....Maddie is incredible and Matteo was beyond....Thank you for a Great Joey experience!!

   What can I say? Joey Valley Fair was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, everything - from the food to the service to the ambiance. It was top notch. We ordered the Spaghetti Pomodoro with Chicken Parmesan, the Cauliflower Tacos (which came with delicious truffle fries), and, of course, some cocktails. Every bite was fresh and incredibly flavorful. This is a perfect spot for a celebration or a special night out. Vegetarians, don’t worry! There are a few great options, and honestly, choosing just one might be the hardest part because they all sound fantastic! What made the experience even better was the hospitality. The hostess, the owner, and our server all checked in on us throughout the meal and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, great vibes, and amazing service.

   I’ve been to other JOEY locations, so I think this one is still working out the kinks with opening recently. Our server was amazing truly and the food was good! The only two issues I had was that it was a HOT day and they didn’t turn on the AC at all — guests all around us were sweating. Our server even made a comment about how hot it was even though the patio was open, there was just no air circulating. Second, our main entree took 25+ mins to come out and our server was super apologetic and ended up sending us a dessert at the end as an apology. Everything else truly was great! Menu options are fire and food is delicious. Staff was attentive and kind!

   This was my husband and I. It was the first time we dined there. The staff there made sure that we were taken care of. They did it a least few times; which was nice. My husband liked his food. I forgot what it was, however I really liked the chicken parmesan and spaghetti. The portion was quite a lot! I couldn't it eat all of it. Afterwards, someone (I wish I knew; it wasn't the server) really did want to give me a dessert. It was free and quite good! We will be back! Not because of the dessert; it was because we like the restaurant. The restaurant is very classy and looks great.

We had a happy hour reservation made a month in advance. When we arrived, we were told it was happy hour—great. But after our first order, the server apologized, saying the policy had just changed to exclude Fridays, and she hadn’t been informed. The menus still listed Fridays, but she said our first round would be honored at happy hour pricing. From there, things continued to miss the mark: multiple delays and mix-ups, which I politely helped correct, understanding it’s a new team and restaurant. The real issue began around the two-hour mark. In a span of 30 minutes, we were asked 6–8 times if we were done, despite repeatedly saying we were still eating. Eventually, we asked if they needed the table—our server said no, but the constant interruptions continued anyway. We were still ordering drinks and food, and the surrounding tables weren’t full. It became clear this wasn’t an isolated experience—I recalled seeing reviews describing similar treatment. After finally agreeing to wrap up (just to stop the interruptions), our server asked us to close out as she was ending her shift. While she was processing payment, a woman—possibly a manager—abruptly asked, “Are you ready to pay now?” and tried to remove a full $30 martini before it was finished before I took it back from her and said we were not finished with it, The setting is lovely, but the rushed service made it hard to enjoy. I hope they improve on this because it’s a beautiful place. Our server was lovely and not as pushy, but it was very apparent management wanted to flip the table quickly even when there were several open tables and we continued to spend.

   I was going to celebrate my wife birthday. We are still eating our main course. Not done yet. Another waiter just bring outthe birthday cake dish to us. Without any notice. Bad experience of celebrating birthday here. No going to come any more.

   Happy Hour at JOEY is the best time to go. We had our first time at the newest Valley Fair restaurant be at happy hour and I’d highly recommend it over normal hours. We loved trying 5 of their appetizers which were perfect for 2 of us. Our favorites were the Szechuan chicken lettuce wrap and crispy tempura shrimp. We also each got a peach bellini which were the perfect drink for a warm afternoon sitting in the open-air second-floor terrace patio. The atmosphere, service staff, and overall modern ambiance makes the JOEY’s experience. Prices for happy hour can get pricey but for the 3 drinks and 5 apps that we had it was reasonable.

   Phenomenal dining experience. The Joey Valley Fair employees provide amazing customer service and the food is exceptional.

    LOVED the ambiance of the place! They served us champagne upon arrival, and waited maybe 5 min to get our table. Super nice bar and restaurant on the first level and same on the second level. Food was really good and I felt the price was more than fair. I know they just recently opened so I did expect some hiccups.. they forgot our water several times as well as the wine we ordered several times. They were super good about it and comped the wine and gave us a free desert, so I do appreciate that they acknowledged the issue and took care of it. I will def be back!
