This is the 3rd time I’ve been here. First time for lunch shortly after grand opening (met the manager on duty and talked to her for a bit). Food was ok at that time but service was great. Second time came on weekend at 4pm with a group. Food was delicious and drinks were amazing (esp the margaritas). We got to try a lot of food (seafood tower, baja fish tacos, ceviche, sushi cone, truffle fries and dessert). The drinks took a long time. Food came out relatively quickly. Our server was new and nice but she struggled taking our order - very novice servers. Third time on Friday night for dinner. Service was soooo mediocre at best. Our server disappeared after taking our order. We had to ask the bus staff to get our server (who happened to be with someone else since our original server had to leave for the day - they did ZERO handoffs). The food came out relatively quickly, and all at once so we didn’t have enough room for all the dishes (crab dip, gyoza, fries, crunch roll, tacos with crispy mashed potatoes, pasta and tenders) for a table of 4. The tacos were not as good as the first time. The rest of dishes were relatively delicious. We had to wait for water refill and to go box. It felt chaotic the entire dining experience. Hopefully the service will be better the next time.

Excellent food! Everything was well prepared and delicious. Lounge is a bit loud but well worth it.

Max was a fabulous waiter- totally on it- and our busboy so adorable & attentive as well (I think his name was Cody maybe?). The manager came around and checked on us. Impeccable service and nice ambiance. Food was off the charts great. Love the complimentary sparkling beverage otw in. Nice touch. A lot of attention to detail in both the presentation of the food and the service. We very much appreciated it all. Top notch dining experience.

Best restaurant in San Jose period! As soon as I walked in there they treat you really well The ambiance is awesome The food is great the prices are a little up there but it's worth it especially if you going for the experience. Upstairs is really nice more so for a younger crowd or more casual crowd, downstairs is more so if you looking for a date night. Great place. I've been going 4 days in a row just to try the food and every single thing so far was top notch not one complaint at all.

It was way better than Burger King. Sad the ambassadors are only temporary.

The service was something I haven’t experienced in such a long time. Felt like I was an important guest at a very nice party! With really great food and amazing drinks. Please keep doing what ur doing! It was a real pleasure dinning here.

Went for our anniversary on lunch time. Great and welcoming service from beginning to end. Food was excellent. I like the chicken lettuce wraps. My wife like her steak lobster noodle. Cheeseburger tastes a bit too light but still delicious. They even made us a cream brûlée cheese cake as anniversary compliment. An tiny thing could be done better is the welcome sparkling wine is a bit too warm for me. Maybe just my own preference. Overall, this is a great place to have an event or celebration.

Amazing food, service, and ambience! Greeted e champagne or sparkling water while waiting, host and server and other severs superb. Food was amazing good! Ambience esp the rooftop is so nice finally a rooftop in San Jose! Service was a tad slow but prob due to a busy day or newly opening if you are not in a hurry!

I wanted to like it. The space looks great and the servers were all friendly and attentive. I wish the food matches the level of service and upscale feel of the restaurant. Everything we ordered screamed chain restaurant food. It wasn’t bad but there was nothing special or memorable about it. The udon carbonara was alright, it’s true that bacon makes everything better. The steak and sushi were terrible. The flank steak was cold and tough, the seared salmon sushi was uninspired and tasteless. I wanted a salad but the chicken katsu salad was not really a salad. It was a piece of breaded fried chicken with some slaw on top. It was surprisingly noisy at lunch, maybe cuz there were 2 screaming babies at the table next to us.
