I flew in from Atlanta and was able to get a last minute reservation at this restaurant across from my hotel. I walked in 30 min to close and the manager Abbigail greeted me at the host stand. She accommodated me immediately and we had great conversation along with the bartenders. Everyone seems to be having so much fun working there and it really is a relaxing environment. Can’t wait to come back during regular hours to enjoy the true ambiance!

Hello, Unfortunately I had a bad experience while visiting this joeys uptown! I booked my reservation online via open table, I arrived 10mins prior and checked in for said reservation. Some time go by, I’m looking around and everyone that walked in after me was seated. I asked what was the delay and they didn’t have an explanation, I was then told that I would be seated next! An hour and 15mins later they come out to seat us as my wife went to the ladies room. How convenient, after sitting us, the manager told us he would take care of us! Unfortunately, that was a lie! Our food wasn’t comp’d and the manager was never to be seen again! Smh! After 30 mins of leaving the restaurant I get a phone call from joeys uptown ! I honestly just moved to houston and was recommended this restaurant, but the recommendation stops here!

Amazing experience! Lilly was great as well. She was very attentive. The food was amazing!!! we loved the hibachi wings. We ordered three rounds.

This was my first visit to Joey’s and I had a great experience. I recommend the lobster spaghetti and the spicy crab dip. I really appreciated that my party received complimentary champagne once we arrived. The staff were kind, helpful, and prompt with taking our orders.

Our server was Jace and he was absolutely amazing! I ordered the lettuce wraps and blackened chicken with mashed potatoes and broccolini. The mezcal drink was delicious. Definitely had a smoked taste. I can’t wait to go back!

They treat you like a VIP when you walk in! We had a reservation originally for 9:30 but they took us early with no wait! Sparking wine at entry. Food was a 10/10z service was amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

The overall ambience was great, and this was actually my second visit to Uptown Joey’s. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. This time around, the service fell short. Our server, Terrell, had a friendly personality but wasn’t attentive, I found myself constantly trying to track him down. Our drinks arrived late, and my boyfriend’s mocktail and water were both forgotten. When our meals arrived, everyone food was served cold. I asked for it to be redone, but it seemed like it was simply reheated and returned. The manager did come by and kindly removed the drinks from our bill, which I appreciated. She was very pleasant. Still, for a $75 steak, I expected a much better experience. In total, just for my bill I spent over $250, and unfortunately, the service and food just didn’t live up to it. I left feeling disappointed.
