    I made a reservation to sit at the bar at 8:00pm. and the hostess did not seat us till 30 minutes later. I dined at Joey’s Uptown last night. I waited over an hour for my food and when it came it had a hair on the plate. I sent the plate back. Then my side of mushrooms did not come out because the bartender admitted to not putting it in. When I asked her about it, she said steaks take long but it already been an hour. Two people beside me ordered the exact same dish and got their food within 10 minutes. I’ve dined at Joey’s several times before and this was horrible customer service. Nothing was comped.

    Always a great time when I come here . Staff was friendly and food was great . Our server Kevin was prompt and professional and definitely enhanced the experience. Will be coming back 😊

    Collin our server was absolutely amazing, from start to finish the whole experience was seamless, and perfection. The young lady who helped collin was amazing i forgot her name but i complimented her posture , i can tell she was a dancer, she was so graceful! All and all i will he back the food was superb cooked to perfection! 10s across the board JoEy !!!!!

    Everything tastes great. We had the gyoza as an app (very tasty). Dad had the pork chop (it was warm), my mom loved her salmon (cooked as requested); However my steak was cold and was cooked a bit closer to medium rare vs medium per my request. I ordered steak frites and just realized it didn’t come sliced 🤔. My first time ordering steak frites here. I’ll probably stick to pasta dishes or something I’ve had before. Table next to us had piping hot food… that’s what I wanted too! Lol. At least they got my dad a complimentary bday dessert. Our server was really nice.

    The Joey in Houston certainly is the place to go and be seen late in a Saturday night. Everyone was dressed to impress! Just like the LA location, all of the food options are exceptional. The service was stellar as expected. The ambiance was moody with a sexy vibe. Pricing is very reasonable for portion size and food quality. I’ll definitely put this place on my Houston rotation. We can’t wait to return!!

    Worst experience at joey so far. Our servers attitude was not like the service I’ve experienced every other time I’ve gone. There was also a creepy guy lingering at the bar bothering multiple tables. However, the bar manager Abby was so awesome. She went above and beyond. I tried a new item this time (sushi cone) & it was delicious. ~I wish they had a caesar salad.

    It was my partners birthday and we were very happy with our decision to celebrate it here. Our server Darryl gave us exceptional service. He knew the menu well and gave recommendations that we loved! We look forward to dining at JOEY’s again. Oh and my partner’s name really is Joey :)

    Right from the reception, to being seated, all the staff that continuously comes by to verify how everything is. The FOOD: was delicious. The guests that ordered steak were very happy. We were so happy with our experience that we actually went a second time the following day. We choose well.
