    It was a terrible experience. Although we arrived at the restaurant on time for our reservation, no staff came to our table even after 10 minutes of being seated. We tried to make eye contact with the servers walking nearby, but none of them acknowledged us. In the end, we weren’t able to place any order. We had made this reservation to celebrate a friend’s birthday, but the experience left us feeling so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we decided to leave without ordering anything. After that, we went to the Eaton Centre location, and there we received warm and friendly service. The staff also apologized for what had happened at the King St. location, which we really appreciated. In any case, we will never be going back to the King St. location again.

    Excellent service with excellent food. We experienced the happy hour menu - great price and great food. The server, Gino, was excellent, meeting all our needs in a timely manner.

    Wait staff actively avoided our table, did not give our 4th diner who arrived at the time of our reservation a water glass until we had to chase down a waitress and ask. We also tried to make eye contact multiple times after a significant portion of time so we could order but that took a while too

    The food was great. They have lots of options from steaks to Asian inspired plates. The stake with such I is amazing.

    Overall not bad, I did reserve a table in the dinning room vs lounge but was put in the bar area on a high top which isn't what I preferred but oh well. I ordered a salad with chicken but got fish instead, she was happy to bring out the chicken but the person I was eating with was finished their meal by the time I started mine which isn't ideal.. I would have assumed maybe comping one of our drinks (we ordered 4 drinks between the two of us). It was an expensive meal so I just expect more I guess. It was super loud in there, I couldn't really hear anyone talking.

    I’m upset they don’t have the whipped ricotta appetizer anymore! It was sooooo gooooooood and the reason I wanted to come back. Luckily everything else was excellent but you really need to bring that ricotta back
