   Never caught the waiters name, but he was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Said he’d only been in Vegas for a little over a year. Great guy.

   We love Joels Chophouse and try to get here whenever we can. The food is prepared perfectly and the service is always amazing! We love the rib caps as well as several other kittens on the menu. The sides are all great choices, and we have tried all of them. They also offer some great deals during the week and it's worth checking out the website for details! Also, it's a great chance to have dinner and then see one of the shows in Ahern!

   View and food were outstanding! Could not believe it was so quiet on a Saturday night. My filet was perfect and my wife loved her salmon. Their vanilla old fashion was one of the best I have had.

   The food, service and ambiance is always excellent. We have been three times to Joel's Chophouse since it opened and have never had a bad meal. We have never had bad service, everything has always been spot on and cooked to perfection.

    We were a last minute party of 10 and the staff was accommodating, very attentive, friendly and maintained an elegant but very comfortable setting. The quality of the steak, sides and how it was prepared, plated and presented was on par with any great steak house in America. We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.
