   We arrived at the same time as another couple. Apparently there was no Sunday brunch for mother's Day. Open table was taking reservations but the kitchen shut down at 11:00. There was no attempt to try to service at all. The restaurant and hotel staff was not helpful. It is now 3 days after this occurred and no one has been in contact with us. Extremely disappointing and very poor customer service.

   THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT. Open Table needs to remove this from its list. A reservation at this place, which was in our hotel, nearly ruined our evening as we had opera tickets and other restaurants in the area were booked by the time we learned that we could not eat here. The place is only a bar now, and the bartender was extremely rude and frustrated that Open Table would be booking it. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

   Unfortunately horrible food but amazing service! No drink menu which was weird for a bar.

   They weren’t serving food and argued about the fact that don’t use Open Table.

   The restaurant represents a solid "hotel" bar/restaurant experience. We were looking for something new and picked a OpenTable location we had not tried. The location didn't even understand what "OpenTable" was. So a bit of confusion, but overall the food was good, atmosphere was nice. But it is focused on guests at the hotel.

   I didn't realize Jim Leedy Bar + Kitchen was a hotel bar/restaurant. That was my bad and not reflected in my review. I stood out front for over 5 minutes before entering to ask if they were valet parking (Sign out front said "Stop here for Valet". Hotel concierge told me they only had one valet and he was parking cars. Valet showed up, very courteous and professional. I walked in an stood by the hostess stand and looked into the bar area. Could see an associate dipping flat wear into water and drying. We made eye contact a couple of times but, she never said anything, told someone we were standing there, nothing. Finally my wife and I walked in and asked if we needed to be seated, the same associate told us "sit wherever you want." Then walked behind the bar to ask another customer if they needed another drink. SHE WAS THE BARTENDER!!! We then proceeded to have a seat and look at the menu. The Bartender then brought out menu's and proceeded to tell us half of the menu was unavailable. We are out of everything until you get to the wings" she told us. So, at that point I decided we were not eating there but, to make it enjoyable we went ahead and had a drink. Other than getting ignored until we walked into the restaurant and half the menu unavailable I guess it was okay. Our drinks came quickly but, I believe that was only because we were two of the 5 customers there. Plenty of hotel patrons so, must be how they stay in business. The drinks were appropriately priced and the place was nice. Looked like it could be a fun place to hang out. We didn't eat there so the review of the food is only because I had to put something to be able to move on. We don't plan on giving it another shot.

   Restaraunt in a boutique hotel so it is geared for hotel guest. There were no other customers when we went.

   It's a small hotel restaurant, sharing space with the bar. Food was good. My date and i were the only people in the eating part for most of our 7:30p dinner.

    This is a great new restaurant just inside the lobby of the Hotel Indigo in the Crossroads. I saw it on OPEN TABLE and decided to make it my meeting spot with a business associate. This isn’t your typical hotel bar. The food is amazing (I had the blackened chicken w/ seasoned mashed potatoes!) and every encounter with service staff was prompt, attentive, professional, and friendly. Leedy’s has a very cool and sophisticated vibe. I’m going to make this a regular dining stop when I travel to Kansas City.
