We see vegetables as the Jewels of the earth. All of our dishes start with this in mind, showing their multi-faceted beauty by preparing them in unique ways to surprise and delight all the senses—All Flavors Welcome.

Jewel opened on February 1st of 2018 with the goal to be the backyard porch of Silver Lake and Virgil Village, serving our community with unique and inspired dishes and drinks. It's always been about making everyone feel like themselves here, and it's our job to make sure everyone is fed well.

We are a dairy-free and meat-free restaurant featuring local, organic, and sustainable produce whenever possible along with good eggs from happy chickens and local farmers. Most, if not all our dishes are plant-based and gluten-free or can be made gluten-free.

We're a multi-faceted group of personalities (both in the kitchen and on the floor) who are vibrantly chill, sophisticated yet relaxed, with good taste in music, and with a desire to make everyone feel at ease and at home.

The best! I’ve always meant to order the signature Jewel Box and finally did. It was so good. Everyone wanted a taste. Also the vegan Tuna tar tar was incredible. The Buffalo Sandwich, my usual favorite, was ordered by a couple of others in our party and they were amazed! A favorite spot of my family since they opened. Lots of memories. Very sad to say goodbye

Jewel has great food and wonderful service. You have to try the pancakes! They are the best. Ideal for vegans and non-vegans alike. I highly recommend it!

I had been hearing great things about Jewel decided to go check it out. We had a great experience .Excellent food and service. The dumplings were amazing and the chicken and waffles was my favorite pick of the night. Don’t miss out on the brownie sundae.
