Jetty Bar & Grille
Brunch was great! The breakfast burrito was very nice and the crab benny was delicious.
Wonderful experience from the appetizer to dessert. The food, the service and the environment were all truly enjoyable. Will definitely return!
This was our first "miss" (and it wasn't terrible--just not our usual EXCELLENT). One pet peeve is having our entrees put on the table when we are not (close) to done with our appetizers/first courses... ESP when the place isn't crowded, so there was no need to rush--but once that happens, food gets cold etc and the feeling becomes "please hurry and leave".
One of the best restaurants in Everett, if not THE best. Amazing food and atmosphere. Will be back 10/10.
We had a gathering for a co-worker who was leaving. I chose this restaurant because I had been there for lunch and it was such a beautiful setting and the food was excellent.
None of my staff had eaten at the Jetty Bar and Grille, so fun new place for everyone.
Since it was mid-week, it was pretty quiet in the restaurant. Only our table of 8, and 2 others.
The waitress started out to be pretty attentive but then after the food was served we did not see her for long periods of time. We needed refills of water, some wanted another drink.
When it came time to leave, we sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for her to come back and box up our food and give us our bill. I finally had to walk back to the kitchen and ask for our waitress to please come to the table. We were wanting to leave.
We loved the food, it was beautifully displayed, great flavors but the service was disappointing.
The Chef is amazing! Great atmosphere for date night. We can't wait for nicer weather to sit on the patio by the water.
The food is great but a little expensive. This was my first time eating in the restaurant area, I have previously sat in the bar area. We had made reservations and they sat us at a 6 top table with only 2 place settings but passed a table for 6 that was already set up. The menu was small and the table next to us ordred fish tacos but that was not on our menu. It was very confusing and the server seemed to be new cause she was all over the map when we were asking questions about beer and menu.
I would go back but I would not waste time sitting in the dining area.
Went for Valentines Day and it was much better than expected! Will definitely be going back soon.
Reservations were for 8 pm. The place was packed and the wait staff was overwhelmed. The food was very good, just need to get the staff up to speed.
Next day at breakfast they lost our order, maybe 8 people in the restaurant... no excuse, no coffee refills, staff was not friendly.
This has a potential for a hit spot, get the wait staff up to par.
With all that said, the chefs are top notch! The food was perfect!
Our server, Marco, was amazing. Everything was wonderful, the food, the atmosphere...the whole thing! Kudos for doing a great job. I almost cancelled my reservation when I found out it was in a hotel. Usually those places aren’t so great, but figured, “hey, we will give it a shot”.... so glad we did!
I would highly recommend this restaurant. We tried three new items and they were all delicious. The service was wonderful. The only thing is it's a little loud. Some investing in rugs and noise canceling things would be good. Would for sure go back.
My Wife and I were looking for a trendy seafood restaurant in the Everett area and we found the Jetty Bar and Grille. The fish and chips were crispy and delicious, and the Blackened Cod was delicate and cooked to perfection (for $24 I wished it was one ounce heavier). The Old Fashion was very tasty with a good blend of whisky and bitters.
It is the newest spot in town. Pricey wine list. Chowder was great on my first visit in November 2019 but much too thick and ho hum this time. The flatbread was amazing: it was not Happy Hour time but they agreed to make it. Crab cakes were ok but not great. We did not have dessert.
Our party agreed that the food was good and the service was good, but the hard floors and hard ceiling make for a noisy experience. Just too institutional of a feeling in the setting. Get an interior designer with a focus on restaurants to tweak the place. Good to have a new restaurant on the waterfront, but it needs some help to become a warm and welcoming venue.
Dinner was so so and overpriced. They got the salad orders wrong so had an odd combination of the salad on the menu with a second dressing added with the first dressing. The steak was mediocure at best but cook ok. Very good service and friendly staff though. Went back to try happy hour today. still great service but had the blackened salmon sliders and martini. They were out of the gin I order which is very poor stocking for a weekend. The sliders came and there were 3 so was glad to see more than just the 2 you get elsewhere. Problem was the sliders were totally unbalanced in flavor (to say the least) and tasted terrible. The piece of salmon on each was miniscule. Blackening season tasted like the charcoal remnant scrapped out of the bottom of a very used and not cleaned oven. The sauce and slaw had a very odd flavor and in no way complimented the sliders. I would suggest they go with 2 sliders, double the salmon and come up with new seasonings and flavor to make it work. All in all might go a third time but will wait and see if time helps them improve.
Didn’t know this was a fixed price New Years dinner. Had to send mobster back to be cooked. Small portions.
We plan to come back for a regular menu experience
Excellent chef and talented bar manager. Have been before and will go again!
Excellent New Year’s Eve dinner.
Wonderful. Thank you for letting us know.
Instagram advertisement said filets as an option for the three course meal. We arrived and it was prime rib. We were then told they were out of prime rib. THEN they graciously told us we would receive New York’s as a replacement- when our food came out it was actually prime rib...but we could tell it was the scraps. When they offered the NYs, I asked for medium well- and that’s how they prepared the prime rib for me- not how I would have expected. we got charged additional for the salad (confusing, why was it listed as an option for the 3 courses but we are charged more for it?) Half the plate was mushrooms- which should have been garnish size. Also did not receive a protein knife with dinner...I had to cut my overdone prime rib with a butter knife. Dessert was a flop. Whipped cream overdone, the advertisement said eggnog ice cream but we got plain pan a cotta? No flavor. They finished us off with a stale Indigo cookie that was inedible.
Service by Mario (?) was great but he wasn’t even our server! Kitchen seemed tiny for what they were doing there. Really disappointed in the actual meal versus what they advertised on Instagram- the only reason I booked. Also it was really loud there- why do they have the ‘ship’ style windows but no hardwood floors? Really a missed opportunity ...I can see them doing great things here but they really need to pay attention to the details............
Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to write such a thorough review of your experience. We had made a change in the menu and I'm sorry that was not properly conveyed to you. We will definitely use your feedback to make improvements in our product and service. Thank you for the shout out to Mario. Thank you, Patty Davis, General Manager
Excellent meal. We will return.
I had the fish and chips. The breading was thick. I removed it to find a very small portion of fish. Others at the table enjoyed their salmon . Since I choose the restaurant, I was pleased the others enjoyed their entrees.
Dear Robinp, Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. I'm sorry to hear that your fish and chips did not meet your expectations. I will share your comments with our Chef. I'm happy to hear that the rest of your party was happy and I hope you will give us another opportunity in the future. Thank you, Patty Davis, General Maanger
My friend and I enjoyed the evening. The staff is quick to attend to your needs and continue to check back without being overly familiar. The food is excellent. I had a crispy garlic chicken which had the best vegetables and best sauce I've ever had, and I don't even like vegetables. I started with a small Caesar, which was also excellent and even came with anchovies. The bread tastes great, though I'd like it better if it were served not from the oven. The wines by the glass offered enough of a variety that I could find a few I would have enjoyed with my meal. This restaurant is worth seeking out in spite of the construction clogging up Marine View Drive.
Dear None, Thank you for taking the time to share your positive comments about your experience at Jetty Bar & Grille. I was happy to hear that you even enjoyed your vegetables. :) Hopefully they will finish the pedestrian bridge on Marine View Drive in the near future. In the meantime, it's still fairly easy to get past it. I'm glad you made the trip. We you to see you again. Thank you, Patty Davis, General Manager
This is the most creative and delicious restaurant in Everett! We had the pork chop and Salish sea tacos (which are rotating specials.). The pork chops had a really great flavor profile and the most delicious carmalized Apples. The tacos were salmon and just perfect. We also had the charred octopus starter which was fantastic! For dessert we had the poached pear and the ice cream of the day. Both were insanely good! Wine and beer list was very good. Excellent service too. We are big fans and will be back!
We went to have brunch (at noon) as advertised and full listed on their site and there was none. We were excited to go because all the egg dishes looked great! So we were very disappointed.
One of our party is a Lacto-Ovo vegetarian and the only menu we could have was just about 100% fish.
They made a pasta dish, which was NOT GOOD.
I pre-ordered a dessert (non-chocolate) with a candle via Open Table, and when I asked about it, the waiter looked surprised. They finally brought out a dessert with a candle and the pear was OK, but the strawberries had vinegar or similar on them and were definitely off...tasted bad. So the birthday girl (the vegetarian) was disappointed again.
The service was very nice -- our waiter was helpful.
The lunch menu had no real small plates or appetizers that looked good to share.
Extremely disappointed. They need to get their act together.
Salmon chowder was super yummy. We also had crab cakes which were tasty. And the salmon tacos were so good too. Interesting menu and creative choices plus so standards. We had some cocktails too and enjoyed the view. All in all a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend.
Dear Yuleissa, Thank you for taking the time to share your positive comments regarding your recent experience at Jetty Bar & Grille. I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your food selections and cocktails. We hope to see you again in the near future. Thank you, Patty Davis General Manager
I have been there twice and both times it was not the least bit crowded. Still, both times, we waited a long time for the drink order to be taken and a long time for the drinks to beserved.
Dear KarenG, I'm sorry to hear we did not exceeded your expectations during your visits. There is no excuse for that. We are continuing to train our staff and I will ensure this is a priority with our team. Thank you, Patty Davis General Manager
Was really disappointed to see that the overpowering fluorescent bright lights that others mentioned in Previous reviews had not been fixed. Certainly not a romantic ambience like I had hoped.
Dear Kohperi, We are frustrated with the bright lights in the evening hours as well. There was a whole lighting system installed and they are still working to program it properly which would also allow us to adjust when needed. I expect we will have this fixed by 11/21/19. Thank you, Patty Davis General Manager
My husband and I have eaten at Jetty Bar & Grille 4 times now. Three of those times were for lunch and we really enjoyed the restaurant, food, and service. However, we decided to have dinner there last weekend. I made reservations but they were not needed as the restaurant wasn't very busy. We were sat at a nice window table and ordered a drink. The lighting was so bright! My husband said he felt like he was on stage with the bright stage lights on him. We asked if they could dim the lights but they couldn't be dimmed. As we sat there, I started feeling very cold, it felt like I was sitting under an air conditioner. It was just the cold from the windows but it was quite uncomfortable. We had our drink and an appetizer and left. The atmosphere was that of a brightly lit (and cold) café. The noise level was high too as all surfaces are all hard. I highly recommend the Jetty for lunch but not for dinner if you like a warmer and dimmer lit evening out.
Very good, reasonably priced (for the region) food. The salmon and black cod entree were excellent as was the fish taco starter. The whole menu is interesting and I definitely want to come back and try more. The space is rather industrial and a bit cold - maybe turn down the lighting a bit to add more ambiance. Great addition to Everett.
Dear Anonymous, I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the food at Jetty Bar & Grille. We are anxiously waiting for the computer that will allow us to manage our lights as we agree they are a bit bright at night. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. Thank you, Patty Davis General Manager
Food was not good, and over priced for the quality. The waitress went to get the manager and he took 20 minutes to come to our table, at that point we just wanted to leave. Won't be returning.
Dear JulanneT, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience at our restaurant. I'm sorry to hear that the service and food was not up to standard. We are continuing to work on perfecting both our product and service. I hope you may consider giving us another opportunity in the future. Thank you, Patty Davis General Manager
Saturday evening was our first experience at the Jetty Bar and Grille. We had heard good things from friends so we were eager to check it out.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We were promptly sat and out server arrived with water and bread within minutes. She was sweet and thoughtful about making recommendations, from drinks to menu items. I had the shrimp carbonara and it was very good, pasta cooked al dente, and not too heavy. My boyfriend had the waygu burger and it was excellent! We shared a bowl of chowder, which was different (interesting preparation), but had good flavor.
After our meal, we walked around the lobby and checked out the new hotel. We were continually greeted by every employee we passed and have decided we will come back and stay a night, for the full experience.
This hotel and restaurant brings an upscale, but not pretentious, vibe to the Everett Waterfront!
We will be back!
Second time here and did not disappoint. Seafood Salad, Fish Tacos and Halibut and Chips all excellent.
Dear Eatoutoften, I'm glad to hear you've enjoyed your experience when visiting us. We hope to see you more in the future. Thank you, Patty Davis General Manager
I was very unhappy with the service. It took 30 minutes to get a drink and over an hour and a half for food. I understand this is a new restaurant but they should make a good first impression to bring customers back.
Dear Anonymous, Sorry for the delay in responding to your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share you comments so that we can use this information to make improvements in both our service and product. I do hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Thank you, Patty Davis General Manager
