The service didn't match the prices and setting. Just not very attentive or engaging and it wasn't very busy
The food was excellent. The server should have checked in with us a little more, but other than that it was perfect
Our server was awesome. Best server I've had at a restaurant. We will defiantly be back.
Great service, nice location, good food. We will be back!
I really enjoyed the seafood and artichoke dip as well as my cocktail the mermaid's tail. However my main course fell flat. Not to much flavor in the fish tacos. The service was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. The room was quite loud and the table wobbled, just not the atmosphere I expected for the prices on their menus.
I was disappointed in the food which was expensive and very ordinary
Service was good: the waiter was busy yet amiable.
My sister was visiting from Kansas, and this was perfect for our sibling get together dinner. The patio enabled us to enjoy the experience even more by worrying less about COVID and focusing on the excellent food and service while catching up with each other. We walked from my house on Rucker, taking the new pedestrian bridge to the restaurant. All three of us were very impressed with The Jetty Bar and Grille!
Only 2 servers for entire restaurant 🙄. Waited over an hour to order and another hour to eat.
Choice of beverage on the list was not available and it took about 45 minutes to get our lunch after our calamari. Server was friendly, but wasn’t attentive.
Service was good and responsive. The food was the let down. Although it was edible it lacked seasoning. We had the baja fish tacos and the risotto with scallops.
Had ouerduerves in the bar. Great. Dinner same evening. Food excellent! Fish tacos were awesome. Breakfast this am. Again, food was great, server was overworked but did a remarkable job with everything . We will definitely return
We have been here so many times. Our new favorite. From the awesome great food and drinks to the people that treat us so well. Every single time we go there the people that take care of us have had the best attitude. I swear they all read the table, senses our sarcasm and caters to us in every possible way. We go for date night, special occasions, and every day dining.
We had the most amazing waiter!! He waited on me once before too. I cannot remember his name but if there is a way to look up my reservation and see who waited our table 8/14 @ 7:45pm. Your restaurant is very lucky to have such a wonderful waiter!! Very professional and attention to detail.
This was a first visit for us. We had walked by during the Covid 19 blight, and looking from the outside to the inside, we knew we wanted to return. So, we did. We had our 37th Anniversary dinner there. Service provided by Bridgette. She was personable, bright and respectful. We shared Poki and Calamari appetizers. Both excellent, although we both favored the Calamari. He had the Chicken Fettuccini, I had the Scallops and Pea Risotto. We shared a tiny bit with each other, as each of us loved what we ordered. Pretty yummy stuff. Drinks? I had a Bloody Mary, a darned good one that I hadn't experienced for quite a long time. He had a Hornitos (tequila). The bar needs to add to the tequila selection. We plan on coming back with friends and family, as it was so good! We stayed overnight (Hotel Indigo), and tried to breakfast there too. Sadly, overnight the 'blight' returned, and I with no mask on me, couldn't enter. No worries, we were not far from home, so I whipped up omelettes. One note, we dined early to catch a nearby AquaSox game, it was fairly quiet at 5:30p.m. but started picking up before we left close to 7:00p.m. I didn't think it noisy at all during that time.
My Cobb salad came with iceberg lettuce which I would expect at Denny's. The service was sub-par from our first contact with the hostess. Our server didn't even ask for a drink order, and theserver had little warmth or care.
This is the best place ever. We have gone so many times. The waitresses and waiters are awesome. Tonya is one of the best. We were there on her fifth day of working and she ran around that place like she knew it like the back of her hand. She also read our table and could tell that we were a sarcastic bunch and she fit right in with us. There’s another gentleman that is awesome too and his name is either Marco or Mauricio? I will have to find out again but he is just as good as Tonya. Again, one of our favorite places
Mario our waiter was a great part of the experience of eating here. The hostess was not.
It was our 10 year anniversary and want to try something different after a nice afternoon on the Jetty. The patio was nice. The service was slow and the food was cold. What a disappointment. Should have gone to Scuttlebutt for their awesome fish!
Met up with a friend for lunch. Lovely drive to Everett, beautiful hotel and grounds, very friendly hostess, outside dining was perfect, and service was spot on. Fish tacos were bland.
Very neat concept restaurant however they have some work to do to stand up to the menu and vibe they advertise.
The ambiance and service is great. The menu is creative with fun options.
We enjoyed our breakfast of bagel with lox, oatmeal with strawberries and nuts, and eggs Benedict with ham.
The Alaskan Cod Fish and Chips are one of our favorite items at Jetty Bar consistently crispy batter and tasty fish! The Cedar-smoked Salmon was prepared perfectly, and our drinks (Indigo - gin based with grapefruit and Seaworthy - tequila based with watermelon and basil) were quenching and delicious!
Favorite within the Everett Waterfront complex. 3rd visit. Service always excellent. Food preparation consistently very good. Only downside is the sound design. Concrete floors and limited sound baffling make the restaurant louder than crowd size would suggest. Weather permitting we ask to eat outside on patio. Better view, much quieter but can be breezy so come prepared! Bacon infused bourbon old fashioned an interesting special cocktail, watermelon salad a nice summertime starter. Crab cakes were enough for spouses main dish, cedar plank roasted salmon excellent. Will be coming back.
The staff was very slow at everything. You might want to ask for your check as you begin eating so you don’t have to wait so long after your meal. We were supposed to receive the soup before the mains, but it all arrived at once - without the drink and tartar sauce. We had to ask for both and wait while the food cooled.
The food was…ok. I expected more. The salmon was WAY too salty. The fish and chips were served with a sweet tartar sauce, definitely not to my liking. The truffle fries were blah. Nothing stood out as amazing. It is regrettable as it had the potential to be fantastic!
I always have a lovely time at Jetty! The waitstaff are wonderful! And, food is fantastic!
Cara is a SUPERB wait person. The food was yummy. The drinks are good also. We sat outside by the Marina.
The food was ok, and the all glass walls made for a nice view, but the restaurant lacks any personality at all, either in its menu, presentation, staff or approach to dining. It's a perfectly OK place to eat if you are staying at the hotel and don't really want to venture out, but it is NOT a destination dining experience.
The service was extremely slow. The food was over cooked and cold. We also had to ask for more water twice and our alcohol drinks were very slow in coming.
I was there a month ago and it was fantastic so something has changed. I think management needs to monitor better. Hostess was delightful!!
Food and ambience was good. However I think because of staffing, service was so slow and we were missing some food that came with the order ie toast. They need more servers and probably chefs but I guess due to pandemic it’s difficult to hire.
Our server did the best he could to provide great service. Thank you
Great burger and Caesar Salad. We’re always pleased with our food v
Went for brunch. Service was excellent.
I don't know if they were short on staff, but the wait for food, water, the bill all took very long. The server was really nice, there were just moments when we felt like we were waiting forever for things.
The kitchen was understaffed and we had to wait over an hour for our food. Other tables around us were seated after us received their food, ate and left before our food arrived. When we spoke to the manager he decreased the mandatory tip built into our tab from 22% to 20%. Not happy and won’t be going back.
This restaurant is the redeeming quality to a mediocre hotel experience.
Read reviews before going and was hoping for the best- what we got was beyond expectation! We DID make reservations, this place was swamped, definitely short-staffed due to the pandemic. Not only was the hostess delightful, but she was accommodating! Very friendly staff! Alexander our waiter was such amazing relief after a not-so great start with rude hotel front desk staff.
The food did take a while, I think we waited 40minutes, however our waters/drinks stayed full and we were continuing to stay informed. Food came- WOW! Best filet I’ve had in a while and 8oz which was worth the price tag, cooked perfect. We went back the next morning for a yummy eggs Benedict breakfast and mimosa! Justin our waiter was very attentive and friendly as well. Advice for hotel- send a few restaurant staff to the hotel front desk for some real genuine, friendly staff and service! ;-)
We had higher expectations. Restaurant & Bar were both extremely noisy, partly due to bad acoustics, the other to many children. Food was adequate, my Crab Mac n Cheese was missing the Crab (only 5 small pieces total). My wife's Fish Tacos were average. My son enjoyed his burger although fries wee subpar.
Service was OK....nothing special. Definitely did not feel food was worth the price.
Our favorite place! Even when they are super busy all the servers, and other employees always have a smile on their face. They can also read our table well. We are fun and sarcastic and they cater to that!
We had to wait about 10 minutes for the hostess to even check us in for our 7pm reservation. And then when she did, we were told she “still had 4 minutes” for the 7pm reservation group. What? Then we waited an additional 10 minutes before we were seated. Our waitress was great and give her a high rating. She was apologetic for the wait, thanked us, was funny and informative about the menu. The food was average. We had the calamari, fish tacos and their special of the day which was the soft shell crab sandwich. For a hotel restaurant, not bad. But doubt we will go back.
The food is over priced and the drinks as well. There is a limited beer choice. The staff was stand off and cold. The area where we sat had kids that were screaming.
Once we finished eating, it took about 45 mins to get our check and then get our cards back after we paid. Our check was over $400 and I would have really appreciated more prompt service.
