Chef Tania Steytler's love of Laotian and Thai food is the driving force behind her new venture, Jeow Jeow, bringing an aromatic blast of Southeast Asian herbs and spices to Soho. Opened on 17th April, Jeow Jeow will run until mid-September in The Sun & 13 Cantons, the famous old Fuller's pub on the corner of Beak Street and Great Pulteney Street. The 36-cover dining room features a menu loosely based on her travels in Southeast Asia with her husband, food writer Bill Knott, especially along the banks of the mighty Mekong river, which runs from China through Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Please note that under 18's are not permitted after 6pm, thank you.

Nice food and quite unusual, it is definitely worth to give it a try. The lady who served us is really kind. A bit noise as it's part of the pub, but definitely ambience environment. We would recommend the place.

Food was wonderfully interesting and fresh. Service (by Paulana?) was second to none and we we're delighted we went with her recommendations. Good value given drinks are coming from the pub bar. Will be back!

Pleasant experience, just look at the menu like its tapas ,as its all small plates and its in a pub so was nice to have a few drinks first if your early.

Amazing and authentic flavours from this regional cuisine, very well priced. Most dishes are spicy, my favourites were the ox tongue, duck laap, som tum and the excellent sauces- chili jam! Yummy!
