The Teng family welcomes you to our dining room, bar and bakery. We are a full service restaurant with an emphasis on the juicy dumplings. Our signature dish is the Small Juicy Steamed Dumpling, the pork dumpling with the soup inside. The extensive menu with dishes from Taiwan, Northern China and a few Sichuan dishes will suit the tastes of your family, friends and coworkers. Our quality dishes, excellent service and welcoming atmosphere make us the perfect restaurant for gatherings large or small. Jeng Chi is the house of joy.

By far the best in the Dallas area!!! We had the pork and crab dumplings and they were fantastic! The pork fried noodles will make your mouth happy as well as the orange beef. If you get the beef, I would recommend either the green beans or snow peas!

It is always a fantastic experience coming to Jeng Chi! Service is impeccable and the food is always delicious. We always easily ordered a cake for a birthday and it was also very good.

I may be biased because I’ve been going here since I was a little kid, and this place brings me so much nostalgia. But it makes this place so much more special since I can share food at Jeng Chi with my partner now as an adult. The food has always been consistent. I usually always order the same two things, small juicy dumplings and noodles with ground pork sauce (with spinach noodles). But this time we tried the Mapo Tofu with ground pork and it was really good too! I feel like you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The food always comes out fresh, hot, and tasty. The food is served family style which is traditional in Asian culture, so I recommend bringing lots of people so you get to try lots of different dishes. The servers are all super nice too. If you’re reading this, you probably plan on making a reservation through Open Table and I highly recommend it. The lady in front of us was trying to get a table without a reservation and it was a one hour wait! This place is super popular, but rightfully so. Also, the servers had on the 35 year anniversary t-shirt with “Killer Dumplings” on the front and it was so cute. I can’t believe this place has been around for so long!

We always love this restaurant. It’s our favorite in the area. There are many options but the dumplings are a must and I love the Kung Pao Chicken—my solos the Orange Chicken. The restaurant is always busy so glad we made reservations for Mother’s Day. If you like Chinese, this one is a must!

Our server was kind, friendly and helpful and every dish we ordered was delicious. It was a great experience celebrating my son’s birthday with family and friends!
