Seating 1: 5:00 - 5:45 pm Seating 2: 7:00 - 8:30 pm Peter Cho brings bold, Korean-American flavors from Portland’s Han Oak and Jeju. Brandon Jew represents Chinese-American excellence with his Michelin-starred Mister Jiu’s in San Francisco. Mei Lin brings precision and punch from Daybird — her trailblazing fast-casual spot — and her newly opened fine-dining concept in Beverly Hills. Each chef brings their own voice, but together, they create a dinner that’s vibrant, soulful, and deeply personal. This isn’t just a collaboration — it’s a rare chance to witness three friends cooking from the heart, together, for one unforgettable night.
