Our server was delightful. My cocktail (old fashioned) was WAY too sweet. A bar at a resort if this caliber should use sugar cubes and not simple syrup to do the muddle. We had the cucumber gezpacho. It was supposed to have pickled radishes (they were not pickled) and have coconut yogurt blended in (it did not). We pointed that out and had the server bring us the yogurt which dramatically improved the dish, but didn’t get it until we were more than half way through that course. When the kitchen screws up like that I expect some sort of compensation. Nothing was offered (and in fairness, we didn’t ask). Still, this dish should have been comped. The entrees (we are vegetarian/vegan) we’re absolutely outstanding. It’s a nice restaurant, but don’t expect to be really wowed by anything. Except maybe the prices. But it is The Homestead, so everything is expensive, and you know that going in.

They still need to dial in some offerings. For example, the oysters Rockefeller recipe was delicious however the cheese melted over onto a bed of salt resulting in a mouthful of salt essentially ruining the dish. Overall I would go back again.

We had a nice meal. We were expecting a bit more fish and lighter fare on the menu. The menu offering are on the heavy side….no lighter mixed green type salad. They only offer a Caesar salad and a wedge salad with blue cheese. My wife ordered the grilled foraged wild mushroom and I ordered the NY Strip. We split it. Perfect amount of food. A little expensive for the quality. Service was great! Beautiful location.

This is our 3rd year staying at The Omni Homestead resort. Dining at the Jefferson's Grille is always a highlight. Chef Kriegel prepares a variety of savory appetizers, mains, and sides, offering something for every palette. The menu changes somewhat each year, with favorites like the honey stung brussel sprouts usually available when we visit in the spring. Love this top notch restaurant with great service.

We have dined at the Jefferson many times over the years. Last night I was shocked over the price point. Steaks were $90 and the menu was very limited. We had onion rings, burrata salad, Caesar salad and soup. All were very good. The decor, after being updated, is lovely. An overall pleasant dining experience after getting over the price shock

We have been coming to Hot Springs for 20 years and it is truly a special place for us. We celebrated our 36th anniversary and the evening was lovely. It was the first night for us to enjoy their new menu. We started with Beef Tartare served on roasted Bone Marrow. It was awesome. My husband had the new Steak with White Truffle and I had Grilled Salmon Oscar, both were delicious and served to the temperature we requested. They treated us with a complimentary anniversary dessert and champagne which was a lovely touch. Claudia, our waitress whom we have had the pleasure have having before was both professional and warm. She is a fabulous asset to their team .

Salmon with crab was delicious. Cooked to perfection and presented well. This dinner made up for a very mediocre lunch at the same restaurant with just warm waffle fries and over-cooked trout tacos. Dinner was superb and more than surpassed expectations.

The food here is always fabulous. Service was friendly and efficient. I do think the kitchen seemed a bit slow for a night that was about 30% full. While this is an upscale restaurant and was always seemed expensive, it does seem even more pricey than pre-pandemic.

The restaurant was terrific on April 13. Friday, April 14, our daughter was sick from eating a fast food lunch during an 8 hour travel day, I went to the restaurant in search of saltine crackers for her. Oral was very helpful and went the extra mile. He could not find any in the kitchen, but he went to another location to find her some saltines. He was very nice and gracious. I just wanted to say thank you so much for employing such sincere gentlemen in your kitchen. Thanks again to Oral!!! Plus, the food was all great that we ate in the restaurant! Julie Latham

It was an absolute pleasure to have Kenroy as a server. He was very polished, knowledgeable, and attentive. It was truly an exceptional experience for my date and I. The bone-in ribeye and lobster tail has excellent flavor. Also, the bartender, Raph, crafted an excellent old fashioned for the cherry on top of the beautiful evening(pun intended).
