                                                                                                      An Unforgettable Dining Experience, Even with a Hiccup! Jeff Ruby’s knows how to deliver a luxury experience from start to finish. The ambiance was stunning, the staff was genuinely warm and attentive, and the overall energy of the place made us feel like VIPs. I did order the chicken, which initially came out overcooked, but here's where this place really shines: they immediately made it right. No hesitation, no attitude—just pure class. The replacement dish was perfect, and they made sure to check back in several times to ensure I was happy. That kind of service is rare and says a lot about the integrity of their team. Mistakes can happen anywhere-it’s how they handle it that sets them apart. And Jeff Ruby’s absolutely nailed it. Can’t wait to return! Next time, I might try the steak everyone raves about... or maybe just leave it in the hands of their phenomenal staff to surprise me.

At the time we decided to leave, the food arrived so we didn’t eat. The manager was apologetic and comped the drinks and apps

                                                                                                      Dining at Jeff' Rubys is always a wonderful experience with excellent food and Service. If you are celebrating a special ocassion, they make it even more special. We were fortunate to get Doug as our waiter....he has been there since they opened and he is so professional, friendly and effecient....

                                                                                                      In this time of sub par customer service, it is great to know there is a place one can go and YOU are the main concern. Jeff Ruby's has proved over and over that they are there to make your meal the best it can be! Ferris, Doug, Shelby and Kassman continue to raise the bar on service ! Also, a big thank you to the kitchen for all the great food and kudos to the pastry chef for the great chocolate and peanut butter cake... it is a keeper.                                                                                                       We’ve dined at Jeff Ruby’s many times and have always enjoyed the incredible food, elegant atmosphere, and top-tier service. Last night, the food once again did not disappoint—everything was delicious, with a great variety of menu options. However, the service was unfortunately not up to the usual standard we’ve come to expect. It was clear the restaurant may have been understaffed, as it took noticeably longer than usual to receive drinks, place orders, and get our food. Our table wasn’t cleared until we brought it to the attention of a manager who happened to be checking in. The servers also seemed a bit unprepared—unable to explain the specials or answer questions confidently about the menu. The most surprising part of the evening was the condition of the women’s restroom. The floors were covered in toilet paper and paper towels, the trash cans were overflowing, and it was overall very unclean—something we’ve never experienced at Jeff Ruby’s before. Despite these issues, we still had a good time. The company, the food, and the ambiance made for a nice evening. We truly hope this was just an off night, as we’ve always had wonderful experiences in the past and would love to continue coming back.
