It was pretty loud and the wait staff was let’s say under staffed as our drinks ran dry on more than one occasion but the food was pretty good.

The food was phenomenal! There were a couple of really large parties in the restaurant, and the staff seemed to be stretched a bit thin. Very friendly and kind as usual, but we could tell they were stressed.

About the service: the servers did an excellent job. But there were not enough of them and they were overwhelmed and therefore there were long delays in receiving drinks, etc.

Enjoyed our dinner at Jaxtons Saturday with my family on a girls weekend. It's very nice to have a good, fun and delicious place close to home. Drinks are great and the service is fantastic! They were running a little low on staff but they all chipped in and worked together as a team. Kudos to their management and staff. I will definitely be going back.

We had excellent service which is what I was worried about after reading quite a few reviews on the place. I had blackened shrimp and it was very good. The wine is over priced, and where we were seated was a little too close to the next table (we were on a date night so I would have liked a little more privacy)...those are my only complaints and really aren't that big of a deal. Will definitely go back.

They are a nice report to make our Father's 84 the birthday special. We did not feel rushed and the food was good.

The service from Eric was excellent. He recommended a great wine and entree. The cocktails were delicious as was the mushroom risotto. I will be going back soon

Waited an hour and half for food and the restaurant wasn’t busy. The waiter rarely visited to ask if we wanted more drinks.
