   Music is way too loud with too much base. All you could hear was the boom boom boom and not the conversation my party was trying to have. Please turn down the music!!!

   Javier‘s is our favorite restaurant and we’re proud because in my industry wherever I travel in every city people associate Orange County with Javier’s, it’s only signature restaurant. 2 weeks ago, I dined with Roofing leaders from across the country at the La Jolla Javier’s because I knew the experience would be exactly the same that I have in Irvine in Newport Beach, perfectly prepared food and drinks that nobody can create, swift service and an ambiance that Lifts the entire room, the spot everyone wants to be

   Javier's is always a pleasant experience. I've never had anything bad to say. The food might be overpriced, but it's good and remember you're also paying for the atmosphere and ambiance.

   The food is delicious but seems overpriced for what you get. The service o. Thursday night seemed rushed, the bus boy was taking plates away with out asking. It wasn’t that busy, still plenty of open tables. The ambiance is what we are paying for.

   Portions are getting smaller as Price goes higher. Carnitas plate portion was so small it was a joke. Always get the feeling that you are being seated at table locations based on how much of a "VIP" you are. Waiter pushy to get our order in. Restaurant was 40% empty and they still can't do an "audible call" and sit you down before your entire party arrives. (they will never sit you down until everyone present) Margarita did not even have a wedge of lime.

    The serving staff removed my cokatail before I had drank it, I paid for it and they took it away. I guess they wanted us to free up the table. I paid for a drink and didnt get to drink it. Also they charge you for birthday desserts.
