I wasn't impressed with the food. It was inventive but not particularly tasty. The vegetarian options were boring. The portions weren't very big and the wine was pretty expensive. There wasn't a fish that I didn't enjoy, but nothing was notable. I felt a little disappointed having spent £150 on my meal. The ambience was relaxed but very business focussed. The staff were professional and friendly.

My daughter and I had lunch a couple of weeks ago which was so good we came back as soon as we could and we were greeted by a member of staff who actually remembered us and offered us a glass each of proseco on the house! We discussed the menu which was so interesting and the wine list and we had a simply delicious dinner and relaxed evening. Memorable. Thank you all - we look forward to having another wonderful experience at 15 as soon as possible.

Dear Fifteen team, It is our third time at Fifteen and we have never been so poorly welcomed. We arrived on time and were seated downstairs (it is very noisy down there, by the way. We got the menu and had a good 20 minutes to study it because no one came to take our drinks order. We got our drinks and 5 minutes later, we got the starter. Who wants to start eating with a glass of gin? We sent the starters back to the kitchen for ten minutes. We paid for our two drinks+two starters+two mains 100 pounds. We decided to accept the service charge but the waitress didn't even ask! She took the card and proceeded to the transaction. No : "did the service match your expectations? Are you willing to pay the 12% service charge?" Those two sentences should be automatic. It shows the client some respect. I am sure you realise how much food we could buy with 100 pounds. But we decided to treat ourselves to a Jamie Oliver experience. We trusted you to make our evening worth it. We think that most of the team downstairs were beginners and when you go to one of Jamie Oliver's restaurant, you don't want the majority of the staff to be beginners. You choose that place because you know there are high standards in training the staff. Tonight, it didn't show. We were far from a quality service and we think that it is an insult to Jamie and all the work he put in that establishment. People talk and you know this is the best advertisement a restaurant can get; we won't lie and say it was great. We will say : "Thank God the food matched Jamie's reputation." We don't understand why four people were "taking care" of us. We should have only one person to refer to during the meal. That person would know if we waited too long to order, if we are still waiting for the bread. Last but not least, all the staff that are not busy at the moment a client is leaving should say goodbye. It is simply outrageous that we walk by four waiters on our way out and that no one says goodbye.

In einem Keller wo es extrem laut war und wir von einem unfreundlichen, hochnäsigen Kellner bedient wurden. Wir verließen den Keller nach der Vorspeise.

Was a bit aprensive was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere Fabulous menu only disappointed that I couldn't read the cocktail menu writing too small. Had a fab cosmopolitan bar tender definitely knew how to make one.

I was looking forward to experiencing my first JO restaurant but it didn't turn out to be the most amazing experience. Namely because our chidlren were grumpy, the food turned out to be very tasty but too salty. The strength of the salt in both our dishes was strong. We don't usually overly use salt in our own meals so the it's use at Fifteen was possibly ampified. Still, the meal should cater for tastes of the time - too much salt is down played in many recipes so our meal experience was rate as 'Good'.
