   We were so excited to dine here. However when we got there at 5:30pm (before a show) we were sat at a table and waited 5 minutes for a busboy to serve us water and menus. We waited another 15 minutes before we flagged down a server to take our drink order. There were only 2 of us and it wasn’t busy since it was so early. We got our drinks after being there and sitting for 30 minutes. The server who was working our area completely ignored us. Lady in her late 40’s early 50’s with a short chin length haircut pulled back. We had to glad down a server to ask him to take our order. The woman server brought us our food 25 minutes later. I was ready for another drink and asked the busboy for the drink menu. I looked it over and sat the drink menu on the table to make it obvious. Long story short but I was never asked if I wanted a 2nd drink. When it was time to go we asked for the check and thus woman server looked right at us and did a FULL EYE ROLL! I don’t get it. We had 3 different people serving us bc it was too much for this one woman. To get an eye roll when asking for the check??? We were so nice too. I kept thinking about it all day today. My husband said it must be a chain that started growing too fast. I don’t know about that but I know customer service is up there on the list of good food. You can’t have one without the other.

   We visited for an early dinner and were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. We were given time to choose our meals and drinks, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere, ambience, and service were all outstanding. The food was of excellent quality, and we will most certainly return. A big thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience!

   This was the kick off meal for our family vacation. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi until we left, our expectations were exceeded. Tyler's chicken, the scallops, the crab pasta, it was all incredible. The staff was welcoming. The manager took extra care of us and made this such a memorable experience.

   Lovely welcome. Excellent service. Delicious food- tomahawk pork chop and Trevor’s roast chicken with sides of cabbage and dauphinois potatoes.

   Lovely attentive staff and great food with fantastic flavour. Light and airy restaurant and all in a wonderfully central London venue. Superb value for all that. Highly recommended.

    Perfect good, very delicious! The scalps were amazing! Grilled chicken was very tasty! We took by side dish the cowl vegerable cowl, also special with a good taste! At home i am coocking with the Book 15 minits of Jamie and the Vegan book! Nice and special to eat here tonight!
