   We were asked to wait at the bar despite having a reservation and being on time. They were unable to make my drink, and tried to charge me for it. They were out of what I ordered for my entree, and tried to charge me for it. The service was not great and the food was only ok. It’s true what they have been saying, this is not as great as it once was.

   Terrible service. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks. No server came to our table for 15 minutes. After that we had 3 or 4 different people serving us. Very disorganized.

   Host didn't hesitate to reseat us when we requested a quieter section. Excellent lunch with prompt, pleasant service. An enjoyable meal.

   This was my first time visiting Jalisco Norte and the experience was amazing. Celebrating my birthday here was amazing . Let me say the service the gentleman were great . Highly recommend.

   It was quite clear when we came in on a Saturday night at 8 PM and there was pretty much no one there that this restaurant was not the same restaurant we had been to previously. While the service was good the food was so so bad and not at all what we had experienced previously with the restaurant. There is no way this will be staying open much longer.

   We made a 8:45 PM reservation, not knowing the restaurant closed at 9PM, but the staff was welcoming and kind. Great food and service.

    Second time coming here and the food is always so good and authentic tasting. Not many nice Mexican restaurants keep the authentic taste in Dallas, love the vibe. Have only came during dinner though.
