   For a first dinner in Montreal, this restaurant made all the right impressions. Our waiter Ludo was cheerful, attentive and offered excellent suggestions. The orecchiette parts with rapine and sausage had the perfect spiciness for my preference. The ravioli with ricotta and black truffle was incredibly rich!! Both went well with a lovely Barolo. It’s clearly popular so reservations are a must.

   Très bonne table et le service au top. Malgré un délai d’attente un peu long, le restaurant s’est rattrapé en nous offrant cafés et desserts ! Le délai est dû à la commande des pâtes dans le fromage, mais compréhensif quand il y a 2 étages dans le restaurant! Au final, nous n’étions pas pressé et tout s’est bien terminé! Merci pour l’accueil !

   Went here for a dinner with my colleagues. The food was well made, but the evening experience was greatly reduced due to our server. From the beginning, he didn’t seem interested in taking care of our table. He seemed to be in a bad mood, wasn’t helpful with questions, and gave us a lot of attitude. When we ordered dessert, he decided to slide two desserts at the center of the table, rather than placing them in front of who ordered them. Overall, his behavior was bizarre and made an otherwise pleasant meal rather unfortunate.

   Creative cocktail and food menus. The food was delicious, with generous serving sizes. Server was very helpful at the beginning of service making recommendations. The atmosphere was fun and lively.

   Excellent overall! We had the Veal T-bone and the Seafood pasta both were 10/10!!! Would definitely recommend!

   We had high hopes for Jacopo, and while the food itself was genuinely good, the experience was overshadowed by the extremely long wait time. We arrived for our reservation at 9 PM and didn’t get our main courses until 10:20 PM—an hour and 20 minutes later. That kind of delay is hard to justify, especially when you’re hungry and expecting a smooth dinner service. The staff were polite, and the atmosphere was nice, but the pacing of the evening was completely off. Eating dinner that late wasn’t the plan, and unfortunately, it left a bitter note on what could have been a great night out. If you’re planning to dine here, be prepared to wait—and maybe bring a snack.

   Worst service ever. Took around 10 min to ask for what type of water we wanted and another 5 to bring it plus another 5 to come back to ask for our order… We ended up leaving and paying $15 for the sparkling water we order. Ridiculous.

    Food was incredible. Our appetizer came out quick but then our pastas took 45-50 mins to come out. Our server wasnt the most attentive. But overall we enjoyed the food and ambiance and would go back!
