    Jacks is a favorite date night spot! Every time we go to Jacks the meal is outstanding, service is great, and drinks are on point!

    The wait staff was overwhelmed but handled the situation professionally. The food was perfectly prepared. The filet mignon was outstanding served hot with just the right amount of pink showing. The only problem was the bread pudding. Bread pudding is not made with croutons and fruit with little or no sauce. Take it off the menu.

    Food was well seasoned and cooked appropriately. Portions were generous and the staff was attentive. Price was the only downside to the restaurant. An appetizer and two entrees were just at 100 dollars. I’d expect that from a restaurant in Raleigh or Durham but not Wilson.

    A very nice evening. They had our table ready for our 6:45 reservation. The service was superb. I had Beef Stroganoff and my wife had Salmon and both were delicious. The wait staff worked together well. The dining area is open so it’s a bit loud and seclusion isn’t an option and it’s quite bright so it’s not conducive for a romantic setting but if you are looking for a nice dinner with great service, I highly recommend Jacks.

    food was excellent. Place was full by the time we finished. Understandably, it took maybe 30 minutes for the meals to be ready. Definitely will go back!!!!!!

    I love Jacks. The food is always consistently ample in portion and wonderful in palate. I got the filet and it was outstanding. My mom got shrimp and grits and said it was "heavenly". My sister got the ribeye and it melted in your mouth. The salads were all crisp and fresh and fantastic tasting. Jeremy is a master martini maker and server as well.

    Food was OK. Nothing to write home about. I honestly was expecting better for the price. The ginger beer in the Moscow Mule was flat. The fried Brussel Sprouts were greasy. The Maple bourbon glazed salmon was great. The sweet potatoes were average. Unfortunately for me, it was another "higher end" restaurant with fancy names for food that was just ever so slightly better than average. I would not revisit.

    We had a great date night. A huge variety of cocktails, beer, and wine. The menu had many choices to please everyone. The service was quick and responsive.

    The service was great and our server was very friendly. The food was fantastic and with an ample amount. Would not recommend the bread pudding. It was underwhelming and not what I expected. I would definitely recommend Jack’s and I will eat there again the next time I’m in NC.

    Nora was our server and she was AMAZING!!! She was attentive and took care of all of our needs. The food was good and came out at a fairly decent time. The only quarrel I had was I ordered a beer that I have had on multiple occasions but when I took a sip, it tasted very different. I even had my husband try it and he noticed the taste was weird. I asked if I could get something else and Nora (at no fault to her) said that her manager was very strict on drinks and would not take it off the bill but she said she would try. In the meantime, she took the old beer back and grabbed me a different beer, which was good. When she came back, she told me that she spoke to him and he would not take it off the bill. She was very apologetic, which I knew was not her fault. As someone that has worked in the hospitality industry, I thought it was very odd not to take off a $6 beer for a customer. Interesting enough, my husband found a hair in his entree, again Nora was very apologetic. While he waited for a new plate, she brought an appetizer out, which was really good too. So if a customer has an issue with a $35 entree, they get a new entree and a free appetizer but you will not take a $6 beer off their tab, just does not make much sense. All in all, it was a good time and I can not say it enough, Nora was AWESOME!! Would go back just to see her :)

    The restaurant was easy to find. The service was great. It took a little while for us to get our food but once we got it it was all delicious. Definitely coming back.

    Reservation process was great, seated when first arrived. Food was excellent, however they were a little shorthanded with servers and in the kitchen, causing our food order to be a "little slow", but our server, though very busy, was pleasant and did a great job!

    Get the cap steak dinner. It’s incredible and I can’t wait to get it again!!! The food is all delicious and Jack’s has a variety of flavored butters they cycle through with their bread. Delicious.

    Has new owners and may have some growing pains. My salmon was amazing, but the prime rib was a bit chewy and the garlic mash didn’t have much flavor. We had a wonderful waitress but it took quite a while to get bread and another 20 minutes to get dessert after our meals were done. She said they had gotten behind in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a busy weekend and not all of the tables were taken. Hopefully these issues will resolve with time because my meal was truly wonderful.

    Made reservations for the dining room but was told when we got there that they didn't have any tables available and we would have to sit in the bar area or wait for a table to come available which could be between 30 -45 minutes. After getting sitted in the bar area drink orders took quite a bit of time. The same when we went to order food. The food was okay but not something that I would say was worth the hassle and wait.

    Our Waitress was very attentive. She brought our drinks quickly and made sure we had what was needed. However, it took over an hour for our food to arrive after our waitress had taken our food order. Plus, the Shrimp and Grits arrived luke warm. We had waited so long for our food, that we decided not to send the shrimp and grits back to be warmed up. We all felt that one hour was too long to wait once the food order was taken.

    Love Jack's Restaurant. Have had multiple visits in the past several weeks. service is always prompt and attentive. food brought to the table hot, to include the appetizers. I would suggest reservations Thursday/Friday/Saturday as they fill up pretty quickly.
