    Sorry I wasn't going to be in town on a Friday or Saturday was looking forward to having a caricature done. Other than that excellent choice everything was delicious even had some leftovers for the next day and they were just as delicious

    We celebrated a birthday and we loved the quiet ambiance and decor, lighting. The service was excellent. The food was delicious: filet mignon and macadamia crusted chicken! Great desserts too. We loved the quiet ambiance to relax and talk during our dinner, enjoying quiet music. Great staff!!!

    I had a reservation for dinner and my server was totally clueless as to when and how to serve a formal dinner in an upscale restaurant. After I ordered a cocktail to relax and enjoy, appetizer was served before even bread basket was served. Isn’t she trained in just some basic fundamental rules to watch patrons table before shoving in appetizer? When I asked her to take it back and to keep it warm and not to rush me for dinner, she decided to just check out and let me wonder for over 20 mns, never coming by to see if i am ready for appetizer. I finally had to call in manager Stephanie who is just AWESOME!! With a different server and extra cocktail thrown in, I had a lovely evening. I will be very disappointed if the management does not replace/ dismiss that server who confidently felt that she has the vested power to treat customers at her whim.

    Let me say you will definitely get your money’s worth here! From the food, customer service, ambience and quality everything was a ten for me it was my boyfriends birthday and he had a great time will definitely come back for more celebrations!

    Jack's Place NEVER disappoints. I have been going to Jack's a few times a year for many years now. The food is always excellent and innovative. Servers friendly and attentive. I do believe Jack's Place is my FAVORITE restaurant. The only drawback for me is that it is about an hour away from where I live. Definitely worth the drive!

    We had such a wonderful time at Jack’s Place. We highly recommend it! We enjoyed all of Jack’s caricatures.. our server Tara was great.. food excellent.. and we even received a complimentary caricature which we will treasure!

    This has been a place we have very much enjoyed over the years. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is upscale and the caricatures are so fun. We went the last night with our close friends and it was wonderful. We started with the complimentary bread and ‘crack’ pesto. The pesto is very delicious but I felt as thought it was almost too powerful in pesto flavor and needed more olive oil or something to tame it. Don’t get me wrong - I still ate it…and, I always love their butter. Appetizers were the cheesy onion soup, New England clam chowder and the Caesar salad. All were excellent. The soup was large enough to take some home. Next up was the filet, sea bass and chicken saltimbocca. These were well executed and delicious. We thought the sea bass was not as melt in your mouth as last time we went but still great. The server suggested the chicken and I loved it. I had never had it before and anything wrapped in prosciutto or bacon, I’m in. The al dente pesto pasta was an amazing accompaniment to the dish. We took leftovers here too. Desserts were the macaroons with lemon gelato - simple and refreshing. And, the key lime pie and chocolate torte. The torte was the rock star. Wow. Super chocolatey! We will certainly return again in the future.

    We never tried Jack's Place before, but since they were on the Magical Dining we gave it a try. We enjoyed every part of our meal. The sea bass and red snapper were cooked perfectly. The desserts were great and our server, Yasir took good care of us too.

    Magical Dining…..Phenomenal! I’m so glad that I chose this to be my last MD restaurant. We were a party of 4 and it was our first time there. We arrived early to sit at the bar and have a before dinner cocktail and an appetizer. Once in the restaurant, the service, the quality, the quantity, the taste, the presentation, and the portion size of everything was perfect. Our amazing server was named Yasir. We even had someone draw a caricature of us for free. We of course insisted on tipping her. She did a wonderful rendition of us. Valet is usually $30, but it was $15 if you ate in the restaurant. Self parking was free. — at Jack's Place Rosen Plaza.

    Our party of 4 had never dined at Jack's before and we were excited for a wonderful evening out. My wife and I were also celebrating her birthday. The first thing they did was to seat us at a table right in the walkway, where one person in our party was constantly being bumped by people walking by! The people would apologize as they bumped him, but no-one every bothered to move us to another table! He must have been bumped 10+ times! We all selected from the Orlando's Magical Dining Menu. To start, the bread that they brought us was cold. Even when we asked for warm bread, our waiter still brought out cold bread. Then it took about 35 to 45 minutes between each and every entrée! I kid you not! We were there for 3 hours! And when food did arrive, IT WASN'T WORTH THE WAIT! My spouse and I ordered the filet mignon with au gratin potatoes. The filets were delicious, but neither of us could eat the discussing au gratins. Our friends ordered other items from the Magical Dining menu and were not pleased with their meals either. One of them said that the best thing that they had all night was the Coca Cola - ouch! They didn't even like the Key Lime pie. We asked to have our Caricatures done, hoping to get something great for our over $100 per couple, but when she returned with the sketches, they were unrecognizable. We all asked each other who the hell did she draw? They looked nothing like us. I was told prior to our arrival that they have more than one person that does the caricatures -- maybe we just came on the wrong night?! The 4 of us do not agree with the positive reviews at all! We would never return to Jack's and would not recommend it.

    Enjoyed the Ahi Tuna appetizer. The 8 oz filet was cooked to perfection. Had the key lime pie for a wonderful treat. All the food presentation was superb. Our server, Yasir, did e great job taking care of us during our dining experience. Will go again.

    "On Monday, September 18, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Jack's Place, and it was a remarkable experience. We both ordered steaks - I went for the Filet Mignon, while my wife opted for the Ribeye Steak. The food was nothing short of excellent, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. What truly set this dining experience apart was the personal touch from the chef and the general manager. Chef Andres Felipe came to our table and not only greeted us but also crafted a gorgeous and delicious dessert for my wife's birthday celebration. It was a delightful surprise that made the evening even more special. The attention to detail and the quality of service at Jack's Place are truly outstanding. The combination of superb food and the warm hospitality from the staff, especially Chef Andres Felipe and the general manager, made our visit truly memorable. We left with smiles on our faces and will undoubtedly return for another exceptional dining experience at Jack's Place."

    Outstanding experience at Jack’s tonight. Daniel our server friendly professional & on point. Magical dining filet is superb. Key lime tangy just right. Lemon drop is lovely.     We came to try Jacks for Magical Dining. We were not disappointed. The food, service, costs were great. I had the sea bass and it was cooked to perfection. Everyone's filets looked tasty as well. The macarons and sorbet for dessert finished the meal off perfectly. Our server Caleb was so attentive and accommodating. We will definitely come back!
