Beautiful view, of course! Fresh oysters. Black cod well done. Short rib very tasty. Baby lettuce salad could have used a bit more zest in its dressing. It was fresh but bland. Very tasty fresh bread and truffle butter (that you must order/buy. Doesn't come with the meal but worth it.) Cup of clam chowder is VERY big. It's a bowl! But very tasty and creamy. We 3 were sat by a a very large table of 10-12 so it was a bit loud for us to converse. Probably would've been better to have sat us at a different table or closed the doors for the large group. Nevertheless, it was a very nice meal. Service is always wonderful. Would recommend and would return.

Had lunch at O’Neills with a friend. It was a beautiful day, and a rather quiet Tuesday.I had a salad and it was pretty good. Our server was attentive.

Gorgeous views. But the food was pretty bad. Clam chowder was a gloppy mess. Sandwiches were soggy. We were very disappointed. Service was good. Will only go back for the lounge and no food. It was pretty embarrassing with our out of town visitors.

This was our second time having dinner here. It was our two adult daughter's first time. We were seated by the window with a great view of the ocean and beach. Husband chose Jack O'Neill restaurant for his Father's Day dinner. We ordered the Harvest Vegetables with flat bread, green pea hummus, chili crisp for an appetizer (amazing and plenty to share). Husband ordered the ribeye steak with potatoes-loved it. I had the seared sea scallops with black rice for the 2nd time and it was excellent. We shared a caesar salad. Daughter 1 had the Artisanal pasta dish and added the grilled Halibut that was a special that night-she said it was the best pasta she's had yet. Daughter 2 had a bowl of the Dream Inn Clam Chowder that was very rich and tasty. They shared the stacked Beet salad-beautiful presentation of all dishes. Lastly was dessert- we ordered the Trio of house made ice cream. Chai, Banana & Lemon were the flavors-three small bowls with a decent amount of ice cream in each that they all shared. I ordered the Coconut Tapioca which was perfect and not overly sweet, reminding me of the Hawaiian dessert haupia. Another excellent meal.

Whenever we want a high quality breakfast or weekend brunch with commensurate service and views of the sparkling ocean, beach, pier and people enjoying it all, we book in at Jack O'Neill's. It is also a good feeling to support a business this is named after a true innovator and who created educational programs to teach how valuable the oceans are for all of us.

We loved this place! Super drinks and food—a bit pricey maybe but not more than expected. Had fish tacos—plenty and delicious—and a great Bali something cocktail, tropical but not too sweet, nicely tart, in fact. My daughter (10 yo) got the fish with rice and veggies from the kids menu and a strawberry drink—she loved and finished all. Kind and efficient service and an unbeatable table by the window. With the generous parking validation, we took a leisurely stroll on the beach after we ate. A perfect afternoon ❤️

Paella needed more rice. I’ve eaten paella every where even in Spain and it was definitely little rice.

Beautiful views and nice staff, but all of our food was SO salty and garlicky! Way over seasoned. We had to send the asparagus soup back. Chef needs to taste the food before it goes out! Do better.
