   The steak was a bit ‘chewy’ and the veggies were undercooked and tasted ‘fishy’ but the rest of the food and the service was good.

   We had a reservation for 6 and when we arrived, were seated in a small booth. The server noticed and suggested we move to a table so we did. Two minutes later, another server/host came and said we had to move back to booth because the table we were at was reserved. Our server came back and said if we move to a larger booth, he would give us a round of free drinks. So we, reluctantly moved again. Our server should be commended on his attention. He was very thoughtful. Thank you!

   The walls have too much stuff on them. It makes the visual seem very cluttered. Guests were yelling across the dining room to friends in the bar. Overall noise level was too loud . Fries were bland. Menu hard to read in the lighting in the dining room

   Great experience. Jack Astors was decorated for the holidays and the staff were very friendly.

   A great date that ended with a great meal. Food was excellent and so was the service by the entire team and especially Chelsey. The Heineken was delicious.

   The food was delicious. Got the chicken fingers with fries. Our server Mai was so polite and friendly. Overall a great experience!
