My friend and I visited on a Wednesday evening. Wasn't too busy. I got there a little early, I was welcomed nicely and led to our table to await the arrival of my friend. I was there a good 15 mins before she arrived. Service was awful, I had been there 40 mins before we got someone to take drinks order. I had the meatballs, which were rock hard and inedible. We weren't offered desert and as we left, one of the staff called after us "please remember to come back". Says it all really.

Always great service. Fabulous food. Just great restaurant to have in Hatch End. Special mention has to be made to Bev and Tylan. Made my birthday very special.

The service for afternoon lunch was pathetic . We had to go 2to 3 times to get the staff and then also they-did not care. The quality of the food in the afternoon is also not up to the mark.

Today we celebrated 21st birthday in Izgara;) it was lovely, welcoming staff, friendly environment..very cozy and clean;) Amazing ambiance 🤌🏾 great food 🙏🏾
