Be careful reserving a table outside unless you want to sit in a hookah bar. Had a 6pm reservation on a Saturday to celebrate a 70th birthday only to be placed in the “outside” which was a hookah bar that OpenTable made no mention of. The dining room inside was 100% empty and they would not allow us to move inside. Only when we got up to leave to go to another restaurant did they offer to talk with the manager to try and fix the situation. Poor experience

Music was a little loud for my liking. The servers barely knew anything about the menu when we had questions —but they kindly went to go check on things for the stuff they didn’t know. It was a nice experience. We sat outside so I could have a hookah and the heaters kept us warm despite it being very cold. The food was great. The quantity of food was huge (chicken shawarma experience)—we’ll be eating for days. Overall good experience, but wish the music content and volume would have been different.

I had the best experience today!!! Thank you to all the staff that helped me with my mini celebration!! Everything went smooth. Everyone who works here needs a raise or bonus! Food was amazing! Everyone was friendly and respectful! Service was 100000% if I could give a million stars I would 🥹❤️ I was here last year as well and I had an amazing time! Will be recommending friends and family here! Will be coming back soon! Love you all! :) I recommend the mixed grill, hummus, falafel, and the prawns with sumac!

Had my first visit to Ivy by The Lake last night for a friend’s birthday celebration. Ambiance was nice, food was great, drinks were so/so and our server Natalie was sweet and always made sure to check on us. My only gripe was that we were not aware that prices go up on everything after 10:30pm. So my advice is, get there early and order everything you want before then - we were a party of 5, ended up spending $100 per person. So just keep that in mind so you’re not surprised when you get your bill.

Pretty nice place. We went on a Sunday for brunch right when they opened and had the place to ourselves practically. Ordered a starter, apps, and main and what was odd is it all came out at the same time. Our table was small for everything, including drinks. The crispy Brussels sprouts with pineapple jam was delicious. Interesting combination that worked. Our server Nia was so nice!

I celebrated my birthday. Our waitress Tory was awesome. She offered to take birthday picture and video of us singing. Her recommendations were great. We came from Baltimore, MD which is it an 1hr and half drive. It was absolutely worth it. The fried cauliflower, lamb stir fry, crunchy chicken, cheese cake, and shrimp and lobster risotto was absolutely delicious. Our Mocktails were good also. Who doesn't love Halal smores. We will be coming back with all of our family and friends.

Had a great time celebrating my birthday, it was a Thursday so quiet but my server was amazing, beautiful and sweet. Patient with me and my girls. Food was ok , drinks were good, service was amazing, atmosphere gorgeous. I went for dinner , will definitely come back to experience brunch.

Our groups of 8 friends gathered for a happy hour on the gorgeous porch ona breezy afternoon. The service was outstanding with terrific recommendations o b n both nibbles and cocktails. Looking forward to visiting Ivy again.

The servers are always new. She forgot my friend’s drink. My glass had lipstick on it. Bad cocktails. Not worth $16 each paying full price. None of the drinks were tasting the same in round 2 of the same orders. We returned a drink for being so strong in herby flavor. We were asked to explain why 2-3 times with different people. Food was okay though. Not impressed at all. All of the bartenders and servers congregate at the bar area eating or drinking. Wish they paid more attention to the guests instead. They need a strong and experienced floor manager.

It’s a little cheap looking and the style of music was really annoying but, there was music. The staff were friendly and didn’t bother too much. We had the cauliflower which was a middle eastern take on “buffalo” flavors, it’s was tangy and delicious but not crispy at all. The shwarma chicken bites and Brussels sprouts were excellent. Our seating are was dirty, wrappers and crumbs everywhere but all in all, decent for the vibe they are going for.

Hidden gem. Tucked along a walking path, it was a pleasant surprise and very beautiful restaurant. The chef did an excellent job blending flavors to appeal to a wide audience. Highly recommend the Harissa BBQ Chicken and basically every appetizer. Fig Old Fashioned was a great drink also

Went here on a first date! The view was beautiful of the water Wasn’t too hot outside Didn’t get a chance to have the hookah but the lobster risotto was delicious and filling and my date liked the burger :) Super accommodating and cute place

Horrobil Horrobil. I made a reservation via open table a few days prior; we arrived, but the table was not ready, and the host said to call next time better than Open Table. We ordered food, and every 10 or 15 minutes, they brought an order; after 30 minutes of waiting for my friend's order(Mixed grill), the waitress said we had made it, but it went to the wrong table. We tried the food, and it was the worst. I dont know why this restaurant chose Mediterranean food when they have no clue about the spices. Please dont waste your money or time.

My husband and I went to IVY for our anniversary, the night went well until they seated a group of 5 women next to us who were talking so loud. The room was almost empty at the time we got there, so I do not kow why they had them seated next to us.

Authentic ethnic cooks prepare a variety of Middle East specialities not restricted to one country. Ambiance outside on lakeside covered deck was very pleasant and the service was quick and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable.

Went for dinner at 6pm. Received a call before getting there that a dinner party was coming at 7:30 so outside wouldn’t be available ( which I requested) get there and was able to sit out side… great! Ordered a cocktail— glass had a lipstick stain on it. Ordered Brussels—amazing! Ordered main dish( Spicy bbq chicken) it was hard as a rock! Ordered a hookah, was too strong— instant coughing. At 6:45 we’re told we needed to move inside at 7… mind you we just got the hookah and we couldn’t bring it inside. They waitress was amazing and very helpful, the ambiance was nice, the cocktail was good. Tried it, won’t be back.

I had reservations to sit at certain locations or at least near the location so I could get the decor & ambiance didn’t get that waitress never brought out my hookah and that was the first thing I asked for before we was even seated i than asked for condiments for my burger never got that so service really wasn’t all that good she was polite and nice food was ok tho

We went to Ivy by the lake to celebrate 2 of our friends birthday. The restaurant is beautiful with a great setting. The food was mediocre. The service was the worst and slowest I have experienced. Unfortunately, we’ll not going back.

The waiters delivered our food to the wrong table twice. We had to wait twice as long, because the other customers stated eating eat. When the food arrived one of the bus people didn’t know what was the name of the item. No knives given. Area around not clean. Good delivered without silverware, had to ask for it. Some items on the menu were not available. Probably poor management

Went for a Mother’s Day lunch. Even with a reservation, we waited for a while to be seated. It was 2 o’clock in the afternoon, but the menu is limited only to brunch items and mimosas special. There was a lot of confusion with the second course coming out before the first, no glasses for a water, no clean glasses for the Mamosa‘s. The food was actually really good. But again one of the main dishes came the next one didn’t come for another 20 minutes and the final one came about 15 minutes after that. The whole thing seemed very chaotic. The staff was friendly, but clearly were overwhelmed, I do think they have a great chef and concept but I’m not sure if I would ever come back for brunch again .they do have a beautiful location by the lake

The food and ambience were good. The service and value were awful. Unlimited mimosas = wait 45 minutes for a glass, pour your own WARM champagne, and walk all the way across the huge room to get your juice and wilted fruit. If you don’t want the mimosas, they will charge you big $$$ for a drink. Dirty dishes? No problem! They will remain on your table throughout your dining experience. We will never go back!

We visited this restaurant because we heard positive reviews regarding the brunch, but our general experience was far from enjoyable. To start, it was so uncomfortably hot that we were sweating during our meal. The server kept saying she would turn off the heat, but nothing happened. We all purchased the three course brunch. The server brought out the mezze and did not inform us that they were out of brussel sprouts until we asked where the rest of the items were. No one ever came out to ask for an alternative item until we said something. None of the mezze was served with utensils and even though we asked for some several times, we had to resort to taking utensils from nearby tables. When the entrees were served, several people had ordered shashuka, but the server did not inform us that they were out of feta cheese until after the dishes were served. Some of the shashukas were overcooked to the point that the eggs were hard boiled. There was an over abundance of onions with few tomatoes and no feta. We requested a gluten free bread item to go with one meal and it was never brought. There was essentially one server for the whole restaurant. While the restaurant was not busy, she definitely could have used some help. There were two people standing at the hostess station on their phones while the server was moving as fast as she could. There were also two bartenders. There were a few times that one hostess (with gum in her mouth) helped run food, but there was quite a bit of miscommunication. Nothing was ever brought to our attention beforehand. Our requests for accommodations were met with criticism, as though asking for the heaters to be turned off or an additional spoon were unreasonable. We came to this location as a birthday celebration and that even though we were asked if we were celebrating, it was acknowledged and then never mentioned again. To add to the poor service, the music was so loud that it was difficult to hear one another speak.

Very disappointed. I was excited to go for dinner but left the restaurant annoyed and not satisfied with their service. Food was cold when it came out(chicken shawarma experience). Waitress (Kim) was all over the place, rude and not friendly. I will not be going back.
