    Our server Zip was excellent, and the experience was top tier from beginning to end. We surprised my mother for her birthday, and it was everything we could’ve imagined. It was definitely worth EVERY penny! The attentiveness was amazing, down to the manager stopping by to say hello and inquire about our visit. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience, and we will most definitely be going back again.

    Amazing meals! Most tender sirloin I've had, the lobster was perfectly prepared (and most places can't make lobster properly), the most tender full asparagus, and very meaty crab cakes Overall an amazing meal with stellar table service. The drinks were unique and well made. and the wind list is extensive to suit any preference. We can't wait to go back!

    My 2nd time coming here. Everything was literally perfect. The staff. The food. The music. The ambiance. Very romantic and everyone looked nice and professional. Definitely coming back again and again and again.

    We were greeted and sat very quickly. Our server Ethan came he was absolutely phenomenal. He made sure we were taken such good care of and answered any questions about the menu we had. The food was hot and delicious. Ethan recommended the jambalaya pasta and it was delicious. We also had the white chocolate blueberry cheesecake it really wowed our taste buds perfect ending to our perfect meal. The vibe was amazing we loved the live music and laid back atmosphere. Kyla the manager also checked and made sure we were well taken care of too. We will definitely be back. 10/10 highly recommended.

    Service was AMAZING. Everyone from those who filled our drinks to the managers - they were attentive and very nice. Note that the restaurant was upstairs and a little difficult to find at first. The food was really good, no complaints. Would go back for the fried green tomatoes. Otherwise, while the food was good I didn’t have a dish that really wow’d me in any particular way. The restaurant was empty for a Saturday night but the live music was nice. We will be back for sure but it’s not my new favorite restaurant by any means.

    This was our first visit. I heard about the She Crab Soup and was very interested in trying it. It was FABULOUS!!! I have only had it up north and wasn’t sure what it would be like down south. Not disappointed at all! I only wish I had ordered the bowl instead of the cup, it was soooooo good!! I highly recommend anyone to try it! We had the Breakfast Buffet items and they were just as satisfying! Try it!!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    filet was cooked perfectly medium and was seasoned well - better than first visit, no appetizers to review this visit, but, still remember the fried green tomatoes with remoulade, the pretzel rolls served piping hot with butter are delicious, mashed potatoes and loaded mashed potatoes are good, I added the red wine sauteed mushrooms, they are a little sweet with some carmelized onions in the mix - they were a great companion for my filet, I ate most of the mushrooms and half the potatoes, service was very good, presented all the specials and catch of the day shortly after being seated, we did hear a little noise from B.B. King's making its way upstairs to Itta Bena on Saturday night when they had live piano playing, but, overall a very enjoyable dinner, look forward to our next visit

    Quite a gem to find so close to home. We were celebrating our anniversary. What an amazing experience. In my opinion, the best in the tricounty area! The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, low lights but not dark, with live piano music. The food was unique and delicious, and it was a pleasure to the palate 😋. The libations were well thought out. The service was stellar. Jada was attentive but not intrusive. My only issue was having to walk thru the casino. Now I know to go thru the hotel entrance.

    Do yourself a favor and make the reservation! I visited the restaurant on my birthday and I was treated like a Queen! Our waitress was so wonderful and attentive! The food was delicious… very fresh! The drinks are great too. The experience is wonderful! I will definitely revisit very soon!

    Service was excellent, ambience very nice, live music was enjoyable. Drinks were 5 out of 10, definitely I’ve had better. Food is never exceptional at Itta Bena, and I’m not sure why it can’t be better. At best 7 out of 10 but mostly lower around 5-6 out of 10. It’s just so so. Disappointing for sure. They offer good offering by description but the finished look product doesn’t measure up. I had a ribeye that had no seasoning at all and if it were a truly exceptional piece of meat you wouldn’t need much. This was not good, no flavor. The Brussels sounded good to order but arrived swimming in a sugary liquid that was appealing. Glad they finally changed their table bread it is a nice improvement over the very over used Sister Schubert roll, pretzel roll was nice change. We enjoy Itta Bena on occasion but this time will make that occasion further apart.

    The location is a little hidden but there was staff up front who provided perfect direction. Once you take the elevator up I was warmly greeted and it was a nice ambience. I got the shrimp app that was good, the bread that came with the shrimp app was amazing. For dinner I ordered the ribeye steak that was under seasoned and over cooked. The mac and cheese was just ok. For dessert I had the crème brûlée and it was really good. The server was very nice and attentive. Overall it was a 3 out of 5.

    The food was overly expensive and the service was unpleasant. Start with the young man that poured the lukewarm water, to the waitress who service my table during my visit. Both individuals were unapproachable and they didn't give us their names. During my dining experience, they gave me the impression that they wasn't going to get a tip so why bother. I tipped her $20 because my daughter use to be a waitress and I know that's how they make their paycheck.
