   I come here all the time. And I never have a complaint . However, brunch for Mother’s Day didn’t show them in the best light . Our reservation was at 2:30, we got there 15 minutes early, and didn’t get seated until about 5 minutes before 3p which is the time the brunch ended. Logistics of the reservations were not well thought out and food was a bit picked over despite fighting for a reservation. I definitely expected a better experience. But I still love the restaurant.

   Mother’s Day brunch was enjoyable. Lots of selections. Egg station was great. Prime rib was right on time.

   We were greeted and seated in a timely matter. Our server did not come out to our table someone had to go get him. He took our drink order and we did not get our drinks for a good 20 minutes. (We were halfway done with our meal when we got them). It was Mothers Day Brunch buffet and there was no shrimp cocktail out. (There was a sign for it but none was there). The breakfast potatoes were hard and over cooked. The fried chicken was almost burnt, the crust was so brittle and the meat itself was dry. We asked for salt and pepper it came after we finished our meal. The buffet was $50 a person and was not worth it. When we got our bill it was $276 ( 4 people) we asked requested a itemized receipt and we were charged a $46 service charge. That service charge was the gratuity. We always tip and tip well when we go out to eat. That being said we also tip based on the service we receive. The service we received was not a $46 gratuity. I have bragged on Itta Bena to family and friends but after this visit I will not recommend or return.

   We had a reservation for Mother’s Day. Everything was excellent. We didn’t know that a buffet would be offered, but there were plenty options to choose from. The service and the ambience were exquisite. Time well spent.

   The atmosphere is sophisticated and charming. The food is amazing and there was live entertainment. The booths are spacious and you can close the curtains for a more private dining.

   I haven’t been to this brunch in two years—wow I have been missing out! Steak and eggs were amazing and my guest said it was “the best omelet she ever had.” Thanks to the staff and chef for making an amazing experience for us and our kids.

   The experience was exceptional as usual! The ambiance was amazing! There was a musician there that entertained us with both playing a saxophone and then the piano!!! It was so relaxing and soothing!!! The food was amazing from the appetizers to the entrees! Our server, Katelyn was fast and friendly. She accommodated our requests without question! We will definitely be coming back and telling others about our wonderful experience!!
