   Booked a reservation and arrived a little but the staff was accommodating to have me and my parents be led to our reserved seats already. Was able to make it an ease for me and my dogs to dine peacefully. Even gave dog treats for my furbabies. Staff are really friendly - would check on us if everything is okay or if we need something else. Very cool with my furbabies - ocassionally greeting them and all. Made sure that we are comfortable. Had served our food right on time given that the restaurant was jam packed since it's the weekend, a lot of families wanting to dine and at a heightened hour for meal time. Food's serving size is great for sharing. Had a great experience with this Italianni's branch.

   Last Sunday, I had the pleasure of dining at Italianni's restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was an experience worth sharing. From start to finish, everything about the evening was delightful. We chose to sit outside in their alfresco dining area, and it was a decision we didn't regret. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a clean and well-maintained environment. I especially appreciated that it was a no-smoking area, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. Despite being seated outside, the staff's attentiveness was remarkable they ensured that we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. The food was undeniably the highlight of the evening. Every dish served was bursting with flavor and paired beautifully with their selection of drinks. It's clear that Italianni’s takes great pride in offering top-notch quality and consistency. To top it off, the experience offered excellent value for money, making it a satisfying treat for the occasion. Overall, Italianni's delivered a perfect blend of good food, great service, and a relaxing ambiance, making it a memorable choice for celebrating special moments. Highly recommended!

   The pizza we ordered was served super late so we ended up having it as take away. Overall, the food was great, it was just that the food serving was quite slow though there was not much people inside the resto.

   Ang pagkain ay hood gaya ng lagi! Ngunit ang serbisyo ngayong gabi ay kakila-kilabot! tumagal ng halos 15 minuto upang i-flag down ang server at humingi ng aming tinapay at maiinom. Nag-order kami ng dalawang appetizer, isang entre at isang pizza. Makalipas ang mga 20 minuto ay wala pa rin kaming mga pampagana. Kinailangan naming hanapin muli ang aming server at i-flag siya. Tinanong namin kung maaari niyang makuha ang aming mga pampagana. Makalipas ang ilang minuto ay inihain na ang entre meal ngunit walang mga appetizets. mga 10 minutes later nakahain na yung appetizers tapos in another minute yung pizza. Ang server ay hindi na bumalik upang makita kung ang mabuti ay mabuti, kung kailangan namin ng mga refill o gusto ng anumang bagay. Syempre kinailangan namin siyang hunt down ulit para uminom pa. Ang mahinang serbisyo ay nagpigil sa pagiging isang kasiya-siyang gabi kasama ang mga kaibigan.

   Service and food is superb. Ambiance and view is also the best. Had our late valentine's date here.

   I arrived earlier than my reserved time to check if I could be seated ahead of schedule. However, the staff informed me that there was still a party occupying the table, and we were next in line. She even pointed to the reserved table and confirmed there were no other available seats. So, we agreed to wait. When the party finally finished, my husband reminded the staff that we were next. She acknowledged this and started clearing the table, but then she gave our reserved table to another group. We were transferred to another table that was still occupied, meaning we had to wait even longer. Frustrated, my husband spoke to another staff member to ask why our table was given away. We found out that the group seated at our table had a 7:30 pm reservation, while ours was for 8:00 pm. Seriously? Thirty minutes for a full dinner on Valentine's Day, with ordering and cooking time included? It felt unreasonable and almost ruined our evening.

   My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner date that we had tonight. The food, the ambiance and the service is amazing. We have tried most of the restaurants in Uptown BGC, Italianni's is probably the one we enjoyed the the most.- Gerard

    I was glad I made a reservation because they were packed! Even though they were busy the service was better than usual. We enjoyed the dinner very much!
