   1. Took longer than expected before the food was served. 2. We were not told on how long we need to wait. 3. Food tasted bland. 4. No bottle of grated cheese on my table, if that's normal here. 5. We were not asked if we want to add more cheese when they serve the salad. 6. Complimentary bread was not as fresh as i expected it to be.

   Restaurant has flies, took 45mins to 1 hour to serve our order. Food is good but service needs work

   Food was good, but service was poor. Staff did not input our main course into the system and we had to follow-up before they figured out their error. Seems they were also understaffed that evening.

   maybe because of the lunch time crowd but service was a little slow (had to ask for napkins 4x and eventually just stood up to get it myself from the other table). our table also lacked plates - we asked the waiter to just get it from the empty table since it was already the 3rd time to ask for it.

   Service was very very slow. Entree was served ahead of appetizers. Seems like waiters were not in charged of specific area. Had to asked for Coke Zero 3x . Additional bread as requested never arrived.

   The ambience and noise were ok as it was a normal time and day. Was not super impressed with the food but maybe it’s just preference. However, the service was really bad due to a couple of things: First, it was difficult catching our servers’ attention anytime we wanted to order and follow up. Second, the servers also kept forgetting our orders to the point where we had to follow up 2-3 times for some dishes which would take long (15-30 mins extra) to receive them. We even cancelled a drink (warm coffee) because they weren’t able to place the order. Lastly, they included dishes that we did not request for in our final bill (including the coffee) and they had to revise the bill twice. Normally, I would be understanding of these if there was a lot of people, but the restaurant was not even full and there was a good amount of space. If you decide to eat here, please do not expect good service and I recommend eating at another branch.
