    Was very disappointed with food and service. Server never said name, asked if we wanted something to drink besides water. Food was OK but, not great, cheese sticks were cheap frozen ones. Could tell everything was pre made, food came out extremely quick. Wife did not even eat her meal, went somewhere else and got her something to eat!

    Seriously the best Italian restaurant in the keys!! We eat there every Friday night. The ambience is great. Family vibes restaurant. My 5 year old loves it. She starts dancing when the music starts playing. The food is delicious and service is incredibly fast. Highly recommended!

    We’ve always had excellent experiences at this restaurant’s Key Largo location, so we were excited to try their Islamorada location while in town. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. We had a reservation for downstairs but needed to add one adult and a child. We called multiple times to update the reservation, but no one ever answered the phone—which, in hindsight, should have been a warning sign. When we arrived, the hostess was able to accommodate us upstairs, which we appreciated given the last-minute change. However, from there, things went downhill fast. We were seated at 8:25, and it took 10–15 minutes before our server came by. While the delay wasn’t a big issue initially, it became clear that the upstairs dining area was severely understaffed—only two to three people handling the entire floor as it got increasingly busy. Appetizers didn’t take very long but by 9:25, we still hadn’t received our entrees. We had ordered three pizzas, four pastas, and two appetizers. Half of the pastas never came. The pizzas were cold when they finally reached us. I spoke with the manager, who said he’d cover the pizzas and ensure fresh pasta was made and brought out promptly. That never happened. The two pastas that did arrive were undercooked, badly seasoned, and only lukewarm. At that point, we cut our losses. After nearly two hours with a toddler and little to no dinner, we told our server we were leaving. He returned 10 minutes later and said we didn’t need to worry about the bill—which was appreciated—but the time and frustration were already spent. We did leave a tip for our server, who was doing his best under impossible circumstances. However, the poor staffing, cold food, and lack of follow-through from management mean we will not be returning or recommending this location to others.
