   The best part of the visit was the delightful hostess. Unfortunately, that’s where the enjoyment ended. The waiter completely ignored our table, and had taken the drink and meal order of the party seated after us before he even greeted us. And, I had to ask if he would please take our drink order. The disappointment didn’t stop there. Our appetizers were yummy but neither of us enjoyed our main courses (Spicy rigatoni & the seafood special, respectively). Predictably, our waiter never checked in to see if we needed anything or enjoyed what we had. He handed us the bill while simultaneously asking if we wanted dessert. Taking the queue, we got the heck out of there. The poor service and sub-par food does not deserve the steep price point. We will not be back.

   We love ita but we’re surprised to see the menu changed quite a bit. As a vegetarian my options were more limited but the food was still excellent.

   I forget how bad this place is and friends tell us how they love the other location so every 18 months or so we try it again. Big mistake. It’s a dump. The furnishings are cheap and the build was done by amateurs. The lowest bidder was outdone by whoever did this place. HVAC from h3ll. Noise levels off the charts. Crowded, uncomfortable and just plain awful. Our server (Anthony) was overly friendly- now we know why. The food is actually good. Not great for the price but good. Unfortunately, for an app and two pastas, it took 90 minutes. A wine refill took 20 minutes. And the place was empty so… why? Finally bad enough that I will remember, never again.

   Purposely made a reservation time to take advantage of their advertised price fixed menu only to be told when we arrived that their menu was “limited” this evening but everything except for a few items on their full-price “limited” menu was on the price fixed menu!!!!! False advertising😡 We also weren’t even made aware of the specials for the evening

   My family I had amazing pre-Mother’s Day dinner here on Saturday night. I believe our server name was Michael, who was excellent he was attentive. They were very busy, but he was on top of everything. He catered to whatever we needed and he was just exactly what we could’ve imagined at for a server

   We were so happy with Bayshore ITA. We were greated warmly & the staff was attentive and never rushed us. We saw so many incredible choices on the menu. We absolutely recommend the fresh mozzarella made at the table. Please check this place out. It’s absolutely.Worth it.

   Artichoke hearts appetizer was delicious. We order 2 different chicken dishes one was the CHICKEN PICANTE it was just ok. Wasn’t hot slightly warm and Definitely didn’t look like there instagram post. Service could have been better. Appearance of restaurant needs improvement.

   Food was mediocre, walls were dirty, door from kitchen open and smelled like cigarette smoke, overpriced and staff was unattentive.

    The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, the vibe was perfect. We did a Thursday girls date night and it was a great choice. We loved how intimate the atmosphere was for us to have our conversations while still having good music on just loud enough to enjoy it. Recommendation for a date night or girls night!
