OpenTable美食編輯： This three time Hale 'Aina Award-winning spot, one of the rare Turkish restaurants in all of Hawaii, comes from mother and daughter duo Nili Yildirim and Ahu Hettema, who recreate foods from their homeland. Go for the meze platters that look like works of art filled with dips, phyllo pastries, and sourdough pide and pair it with larger plates of local seafood and lamb chops all served in a a rustic space filled with colorful tagines and hanging herbs. Round out your meal with one of the exciting Mediterranean-inspired cocktails.

    Good food. The lamb shank was particularly good. Interesting cocktails. Lots of options for gluten free! Friendly service. Highly recommend reservations, especially on a weekend. Patio is dog-friendly.

    The menu has drastically changed but the food was good. The experience was heightened by the awesome waitress. I wish I had her name but she was so poised and amazing.

    I’m so glad they changed the pits from the triangles to the new flatbread shape. It’s even better than before. Everything is perfection.

    Mixed plate good except spanakopita bland and heavy. Next time I'll try the vegan mixed plate with substitution of falafel instead.

    Very cool atmosphere and great food. It was my best friend’s retirement dinner, they were very so happy and impressed with the foods. Highly recommended.

    Great experience for lunch! Sat on the patio. Ali was our server, he was attentive and very active on the floor. Service was a bit slower than expected but still a great experience. The 24k Spritz was an incredible Zero Proof option. Baba Kofte pita was very flavorful, chip extremely fresh! Will be returning.

    An excellent dining experience primarily because of the top notch service provided by our server, Titon. I’ve been to Istanbul Hawaii several times in the past, but it’s been awhile since I’ve last dined here. I must admit that Titon’s service exceeded my expectations and provided the type of service that you would expect from a Michelin Star restaurant!! Mahalo nui loa!!
